We came in early September with my parents and had a wonderful time! The menu was refined, the dishes were delicious and made with fresh ingredients, and the service was attentive, friendly, and fast. The view overlooks the resort's lovely and quiet beach. We'll definitely be back!

Fregene è il rifugio dei romani nella bella stagione.
Ci sono tanti stabilimenti e ristoranti, frequento il Cigno da anni e per me è un posto più tranquillo e "a dimensione di uomo" rispetto ad altri stabilimenti più "fighettini".
Il ristorante propone i piatti classici della cucina di pesce:
questa volta abbiamo preso:
- insalata di mare (seppie e gamberi con julienne di verdure), piatto semplice ma gustoso con pesce fresco e morbido
- polpette di tonno su guacamole (sfiziose ma il tonno era quello sott'olio)
- soutè di cozze, buono
Abbiamo poi provato la grigliata mista (con spigola, 2 gamberoni ed 1 scampo) ed il pesce alla piastra con misticanza (trancio di ombrina).
entrambi i piatti di pesce erano buoni, forse porzioni un pò esigue per rispettivamente 26 e 23 euro.
Buone le verdure al forno (un pò unte).
Gustola la cheesecake al lime
Prezzi onesti (15 euro le polpette di tonno, 14 il soutè, 14 l'insalata di mare, 23 l'ombrina, 26 la grigliata).
Il servizio ahimè, nelle giornate di pienone, è il tasto dolente: spesso si aspetta troppo.
Tutto sommato è una giornata piacevole che ripeteremo come sempre.

I celebrated my 50th birthday at Il Cigno, and it was an unforgettable experience. I started with the tuna tartare with house mustard mayonnaise as an appetizer, and it was a true delight. The tuna was incredibly fresh and precisely sliced, and the mayonnaise added a creamy, slightly spicy touch that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. An elegant dish, beautifully presented, and with a perfect balance of flavors.
After the main course, I enjoyed perfectly cooked shrimp fettuccine. I paired the meal with white wine and mineral water. To top it off, a chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream was the icing on the cake. All of this with a spectacular view of the sea. Highly recommended! I couldn't have chosen a better option for a delicious meal on my special day! 🔝👌🏼🍝🍤🍫🥂🤤!!!

A simple restaurant on the sea where I appreciated the kindness and attention of the staff more than the food which for me is average. A bit of disorganization in the kitchen since I brought out all the dishes for only one diner and the others waited a bit too long.

In Fregene it has been a certainty for many years and this time too it has proven to be up to the task. Fresh and always excellent food. Now the choice has also improved: more variety and the organization has also clearly risen to the next level! The tables close to the sand are also excellent (humidity permitting!)
