Ciccio's Burger In Palermo

Drawn in, I think like 99% of people, by the viral marketing on social media, I tried it too. I liked the starters, from the fries to the meatballs, as well as the nuggets, including veggies, which were good and not processed. Unfortunately, the disappointment was the bun... dry and flavorless meat, completely overwhelmed by the generous sauces. The veggie patty, however, was a pleasant surprise; I swear it tastes like real meat. Overall, Ciccio's isn't bad, but there are plenty of other burger joints in Palermo that offer much, much better burgers for the same price, both in terms of meat quality and toppings (cheddar, bacon, etc.). I don't think I'll try it again, especially considering that the burger wasn't exactly easy to digest...

Really delicious food, generous portions, experience ruined by the blonde waitress who treats you rudely and as if you were making a mistake by eating there, truly incredible.

Update: I recently (last week) had the double Triple burger, and I have to say I liked it even better than the first time, and it was incredibly filling. The only downside is that it makes my throat really dry, so I had to drink a lot, but I have to admit you've improved. Perhaps the only thing that's still a little mellow is the burger, where there were some charred pieces, but whatever. I'm attaching new photos. I bought a double Triple Menu through Glovo after all my friends had raved about your burgers. However, my expectations were slightly disappointed. The burger itself was good, both the meat and the crispy bacon, but I expected it to be more like an American bun, rather than an ice cream brioche. In fact, when I ate it, from the first bite, it immediately made me feel like I was eating an ice cream brioche rather than a burger bun; I expected better. Furthermore, the fries aren't great, and the chicken popcorn was too much to eat on its own due to the excessive spices and grains on top. I thought they'd be like chicken nuggets, but no. If I'd had some sauce, they would definitely have been less unpleasant. But unfortunately, you forgot to put the sauce in the bag, which I'd ordered and paid for separately on the app. In short, for an order that cost almost €16 (excluding shipping, and all because I have Prime), I expected better.

Everything was truly excellent... I highly recommend it. Top quality.

The food is delicious, the place is clean, and the value is unbeatable. As you eat your sandwich, you can taste the quality and the attention to detail that goes into it. Congratulations, I hope you open in Catania soon!

The two of us sat inside without a wait and ordered two really tasty sandwiches: Brie and Pancetta, the latter recommended for its unusual combination with fig jam. The atmosphere was clean and the wait was normal. The geek-themed glasses and lunch boxes were very cute! (Pokemon and Super Mario).

Ciccio's mash burger is a must-try. Recommended. Small place with limited seating, takeout recommended.
