I rarely give 5 stars and when I do they are fully deserved. The kindness of the waiters and preparation are rarely found and here praise must be given.. let's talk about the food? A free-range rooster that is so good I have never eaten in my life. The dessert? Sublime. The bill is obviously a little high but certainly the quality of the meat must be paid otherwise if you want meat of dubious origin go to McDonald's to eat disasters.. well done

A friendly and surprising place. A butcher shop and restaurant in one. A great concept. A warm welcome. I highly recommend this place.

We booked a takeaway menu for two last night and I have to compliment you both on the exquisiteness and quality of the products and on the punctuality of the manager. If we return to Marsala we will come to visit you because the food is really excellent and the prices are also lower than the norm for the quality and quantity

Perfect, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. It was really delicious for choice meat and not expensive at all compared to France. The waitresses are super nice and pleasant and made the effort to try to understand us as best as possible with the language barrier 😅. We also left with a homemade lemon jam. Incredible from start to finish so really don't hesitate.

Ate very well! Each dish is prepared with great care, designed to maximize the flavor of the ingredients. The quality is very high and the attention to detail is noticeable. All at a much lower price than what is served: excellent value for money. Congratulations to the staff!

Tried it for the first time, great expectations. Honestly, a little disappointed, I had a fillet with medium-rare potatoes, coca cola and dessert. Nothing special and the final price does not match the dishes. In my opinion it remains acceptable for a hamburger and no more. I don't recommend it, there is better.

09/07/2025: This evening we had dinner at this restaurant in Paceco, I must say that we were satisfied, excellent food, average prices, an experience to be repeated.
16/06/2025: Excellent food. Impeccable service. The two waitresses were very professional and also very friendly. Very nice setting, both on the terrace and inside. We actually went back a second time.

Ristorante Da Liborio

15/07/2025: My friends and I tried the tasting menu, which was a sensory experience. The owners are wonderful, very kind and helpful. I will definitely return on my next trip to Sicily.
13/07/2025: Siamo state a cena da Liborio per la prima volta. Consiglio la degustazione di crudo, cotto, caldi con le fettuccine ai frutti di mare. Pesce spada ottimo come il vino bianco della casa. Ottime materie prime, cucina e servizio ottimi. Siamo state molto soddisfatte e ci ritorneremo di sicuro. Zuleika e Grazia.
