80s style, trattoria-style dishes, high prices for what they offer, drink prices not listed, €15 for half a litre of hot Lagrein.... €7 for a Margherita pizza that looked like the one from the supermarket restaurant.....

Large pizzeria and restaurant. Fast service and friendly staff. The only drawback... It's incredibly hot... Better to wear a T-shirt under a wool sweater if it's winter... If you have to keep your sweater on, you can't wait to leave... otherwise, a pleasant place, even for families.

Poor value for money, a sandwich, a plate of pasta, some bruschetta, and two drinks, and you can see the total in the photo... plus, they're renowned for being gluten-free, and for each dish requested as gluten-free, there's a €3-4 surcharge. Absurd.

Excellent for a business lunch at €17 for the full menu. They also offer the pizza menu, which is an average size and thickness. Parking in front of the restaurant is scarce! So, you'll have to look in the surrounding streets.

We traveled from Rome to Bolzano to try it, based on the numerous excellent reviews, and I must say it didn't disappoint! The place is large, well-maintained, somewhat spartan, but extremely clean. The waiters are extremely kind and, above all, friendly (which I really like). The prices are fair, and above all, the food was excellent! We had two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and a dessert, spending about a hundred euros. The owner was kind enough to even offer us two complimentary liqueurs! If we're ever in Bolzano again, we'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: The hotel rooms are beautiful, traditional, warm, and comfortable. The view is spectacular, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We ate well throughout our stay. The dishes are typical of the area, and the cured meats are exceptional! The location is ideal, as the ski slopes and equipment rental are just a few minutes' walk away. There's also the option of using a room inside the hotel for equipment storage (skis, snowboards, helmets, etc.).
25/08/2025: Hotel: very central, free indoor parking, and spacious rooms. Staff: everyone is friendly and helpful, both the owners and the staff, but what struck us most was Claudia's helpfulness, kindness, precision, and smile!! Congratulations! The owners, Stefano and Romana, are truly welcoming and always ready to accommodate all their guests' needs. The chef is one of a kind! The food is excellent, imaginative, and delicate. The dishes are always served with kindness and attention by Claudia (the best), Lolita, Larisa, Bledi, and Lucia. If I were to return to Selva, I would have no doubts about my choice: Hotel Armin!
