The menu is a true celebration of cuisine , with creative dishes and authentic flavours. I tasted the tomawak, and it was a real explosion of flavor! Each course is prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with an elegance that reflects the chef's care. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, helpful and always ready to give advice without ever appearing intrusive. A special mention goes to the sommelier, who helped us choose a perfect wine to accompany our meal. Finally, the quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the extraordinary quality of the food and the experience as a whole. I can't wait to return to try other specialties on the menu! We had dinner in this restaurant in the artisan area, welcoming and clean environment, punctual and efficient service, fake meat type vegetarian burger which I don't particularly like, perhaps it would be better to specify it in the menu or ask for the specifics, the bread was a little too burnt, so-so fried potatoes, nice sauces to add, good tartare and grilled vegetables.

The location is in vintage style, with wood and decorations. Also the food is great , especially the beef.

Disfrutamos de nuestra comida en Cibus (Bolzano). El servicio es rápido y atento. Es posible que desee elegir mariscos si es el miércoles / viernes, que es muy fresco. El filete es estándar, pero el cordero es de excelente calidad. Disfrute del desierto (Tiramisú, llano o chocolate) también.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante a pranzo. Devo ammettere che è uno dei locali dove ci siamo trovati (e mangiato) meglio. A pranzo ci sono tantissimi tavoli, ma il servizio è davvero efficiente. Abbiamo preso un primo ed un contorno davvero buonissimi. Giusto il prezzo.
