Very underated place to eat great meat!! Just go!

It's about a 15-minute walk from the main tourist attraction in Alberobello, but it's well worth the walk. It was about 1kg including the bones, and the price was cheap compared to the taste, so I would have visited once more if it had not been the last day of my trip to Bari. It was my first time eating steak in Italy, and it wasn't a bad memory until I ate steak in Bari the next day, but then I realized it was spring here. If you go to Alberobe, be sure to try it... It's about 10-15mins away from the main tour street in Alberobello, but it is absolutely worth walking for it. Everything was special and delicious. I'd like to visit again if it wasn't the last day.

I was looking online for a place to eat nearby, but when I entered I had the feeling that I had chosen well. I wasn't wrong. Quality, Great service, Courtesy, And above all, excellent price. I recommend everyone to come and try.

CIBUM.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! CIBUM was a casual discovery. As soon as you enter you are captured by the clean and tidy counter/fridge with all the sealed foods, then you sit in the room.. welcoming, clean and tidy, as well as very beautiful with a large display of types of wines. We ordered various types of bombette from the refrigerated counter, sausage with basil, an Angus steak and baked potatoes. Excellent product quality, cooked to perfection to fully enhance the steak which is served on a slab of hot salt, accompanied by cherry tomatoes, rocket and grated caciocavalo. Delicious bombette cooked in the wood oven on skewers to sizzle!! Excellent price quality!! We were captured by CIBUM to the point of returning for 3 days!! The second evening we tried a hamburger with veal, tomato, salad and raw ham (DELICIOUS!) This too was delicious. On the third day we ordered and collected some products, kindly vacuum-packed with ice and improvised packaging with polystyrene. Everything was done to perfection. What can I say... CIBUM is a bit hidden but like a PEARL it is worth FINDING!!! You won't regret it! It is not worthy of 5 stars.... no... but 1, MICHELLENE!!!!! compliments for the Dedication, Commitment, Courtesy and Availability. MARK this place YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thank you!

We went to this butcher's shop for a dinner with friends. We started with some small appetizers and then moved on to a tasting of matured meats, cooked to perfection and served in the center. Excellent prices, with 2 bottles of wine we spent €40 each. A place to try

We booked a table for three for lunch after a visit to Alberobello. We relied on the reviews and were pleasantly surprised. Very clean place, same with the bathrooms, and really excellent food. The cut that arrives on the salt plate is truly excellent! Bombette, fried meatballs, side dish... all worth 10!

Come, dico nel titolo, per chi non vuole per forza mangiare in centro. Oltretutto, si può trovare un tavolo e non a scapito della qualità. Anche, se sono stato ospite, i prezzi mi sono sembrati molto giusti. Gentilezza e servizio veloce, anche se i tavoli erano al completo. Consigliato

Siamo andati confortati dalle recensioni e dai consigli dei residenti e debbo dire che siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. La carne buonissima, così come i contorni. Ottimi i dolci. Il conto assolutamente onesto. Lo consiglio vivamente!
