This guys deserve 5*, because of the concept they created and keep living! If they can do something very good, is to give taste to the food! Everything was perfect!
As minuses, the grilled vegetables ar only a few zucchini and aubergines!
The pork chops looks like a low quality meat close to veal or beef steaks,(even if it was very good looking as row meat), the service is a little bit slow and there is not a perfect synchronization between waiters and the butcher!
However this guys contribute to the beauty of this city and definitely deserve a visit!

Come, dico nel titolo, per chi non vuole per forza mangiare in centro.
Oltretutto, si può trovare un tavolo e non a scapito della qualità.
Anche, se sono stato ospite, i prezzi mi sono sembrati molto giusti.
Gentilezza e servizio veloce, anche se i tavoli erano al completo.

We stopped here for a Christmas lunch. Although there were initially some misunderstandings with one of the waiters, the matter was handled professionally by the owner and the staff and the lunch continued without a hitch.
So overall a positive experience, very good and correctly cooked meat, excellent value for money; the carpaccio with fennel and grapefruit particularly impressed us

We ate well and the cuisine also met the children's wishes. Nice place with more than honest prices in beautiful Alberobello. I will gladly return.

I had dinner this evening and I was thrilled...the meat is super and the portions are really generous...meatballs and bowlettes deserve a special mention...and the place is really welcoming...a must try for meat lovers

"Arrust i mang"... typical dialect saying to summarize where you can taste EXCELLENT grilled meat! Choose from a variety of dishes, well prepared, what you like to cook and eat. You can also take home and prepare them to your taste. Seeing is believing, pairing carefully chosen wines.
