"Arrust i mang"... typical dialect saying to summarize where you can taste EXCELLENT grilled meat! Choose from a variety of dishes, well prepared, what you like to cook and eat. You can also take home and prepare them to your taste. Seeing is believing, pairing carefully chosen wines.

Recommended by my friend Romeo from the souvenir shop in the center of Alberobello. Very nice restaurant/shop, with attention to detail, exquisite meat served with quality side dishes, impeccable service, a wide selection of wines at a fair price, for all budgets. I highly recommend it.

Pleasant and welcoming environment. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Wide choice of meats, but above all, really high quality. Few ingredients for a guaranteed success, we left the place happy to have eaten well and to have spent an evening well managed from every point of view by the place. Finally, in my opinion, the bill was perfect, therefore excellent quality/price ratio.

Kødet var som det skulle være lækkert. Grillede grøntsager var desværre kun aubergine og squash selv om billedet viste 9 forskellige fine grøntsager😭 Brødet som “tilbehør” var meget tørt og kedeligt ikke serveringsegnet. Og jeg er ellers ikke kræsen. Betjeningen under middel. Restauranten er pæn, nydelig, ren, moderne og fin. Kommer ikke igen🥩desværre.

07/08/2025: Paolo and his staff were exceptional, truly warm and attentive. This is the third time we've been their guests in the last year. The tasting menu offers a wide variety of refined dishes. We've asked for seconds of many of the options, and they've always been satisfied. It's difficult to find room for the last two very generous courses (mixed fried fish and grilled meat), but luckily you can take away what you can't finish :) See you next time!
26/07/2025: A quality seafood restaurant with fair prices. The service was excellent, and overall everything went very well. I'll definitely be back!

Trattoria Castello

31/07/2025: The risotto with spare ribs was excellent (amazing), and the black Angus carpaccio with burrata was also delicious. The tagliatelle with duck ragù was excellent, and the mascarpone cream with chocolate shavings was fantastic for dessert.
19/07/2025: The meat is delicious, as are all the first courses, super abundant dishes... always satisfied when we go out to eat 😋
