Posto veramente bello Cibo buono della tradizione fiorentina con qualche raffinatezza Servizio non all'altezza, visto il livello del locale, i piatti quasi lanciati senza alcuna attenzione, quasi come in pizzeria Tanto tanto rumore per una festa nella sala accanto

Ottimo ristorante all'interno dell'hotel helvetia. Ambiente moderno e raffinato. Servizio cortese e attento. Piatti che lasciano il segno e un ricordo della bella cena. In particolare tra gli antipasti ho gradito lo spiedino, tra i primi il risotto ai porcini e tra i secondi sia il filetto (morbidissimo e cottura impeccabile) che la bistecca fritta, davvero particolare. Gentilissimo il proprietario che è passato tra i tavoli per un saluto. Non condivido altre recensioni in cui ho letto che le porzioni sono misere, anzi le ho trovate proprio abbondanti. Compimenti

17/03/2024: It feels like being at home, the environment is always welcoming. the food is from another world, from the cheap cecine to the very cheap but sublime stuffed pizzas. the service is excellent, open until late at night, with card payment available. I feel at home here ❤️
10/02/2024: Excellent food, wonderful staff to whom we owe a fantastic pizza dinner. We suggest this place to all those who want to satisfy the desire for good pizza by spending little and eating lots of quality. A thousand thanks.

06/04/2024: Stayed three nights with my partner. The rooms are decent, the TV were mounted almost in the ceiling tho.. In the bathroom we had mold in the ceiling that the janitor “fixed” by rubbing chlorine on it. Which is a big downside. Otherwise the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is very basic and small but acceptable. depending on room you get it might be very noisy. There is a big hallway entrance that is very loud when people come and go. Busy street outside with shops and people walking. The location is amazing, ten minutes walk to the Dome. If you stay here you must try the restaurant on the corner on the same street, the place is called Il Vezzo! The Florence steak was priceless. Don’t buy your drinks at the “supermarket” next door. PAM Local 5 minutes away is a crazy cheap alternative.
26/03/2024: The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff is very kind! I recommend it if you want to stay for a few nights because the rooms are a bit small and uncomfortable, but still have everything you need. Furthermore, they are very clean if a little dated. The really bad flaw is the soundproofing, you can hear EVERYTHING and even well. I recommend earplugs for light sleepers. However, I find the quality-price ratio adequate.
