Good culinary experience at this restaurant discovered, by chance, with The Fork. The gentleman who served us (I think he was the owner) is really knowledgeable about the dishes, kind and available to our requests. The food is tasty and the portions are generous. Excellent value for money.

Locale molto semplice in cui il titolare è protagonista con la sua vivacità, gentilezza e affabilità. Grazie ai suoi consigli abbiamo assaggiato alcuni piatti della tradizione locale tra cui i tortelli alla cremasca, davvero notevoli, e la salva cremasca fritta accompagnata dallo gnocco fritto. Il tutto con un amabile lambrusco locale. Amore nei piatti, ricerca di materie prime senza additivi, anche nei tanti dessert tutti artigianali. La pasta fatta in casa è il fiore all’occhiello. Prezzi medio-alti.

Locale tranquillo, servizio un po’ lento, ma titolare tuttofare molto gentile, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo; cibo genuino e cucinato sapientemente; l’ossobuco vale il viaggio

23/05/2025: I went to eat at Panis after discovering it on Instagram, I had high expectations about their pizza seeing their workmanship so I was a little scared they wouldn't live up to it.... instead they exceeded expectations and by far, the pizza was delicious, light, thin but also crunchy, I tried the cloud dough, also very good, my advice on the cloud is to divide it so you can appreciate it better, very fast and efficient service. I put 4 stars in the service only because I don't go crazy about the soft light but despite this I'm waiting for them to reopen to go back!!! best pizzeria in Crema hands down
20/04/2025: We went last night, exceptional pizza with excellent raw materials. I really liked it, we will definitely be back.
