Discovered it two years ago, on holiday in Aosta, we returned again this year and it did not disappoint us at all, both in the quality and variety of the food and in the kindness and hospitality of the staff and owner. Excellent compliments

Let me start by saying that in Aosta, but also in the valley, it is difficult to find a vegan restaurant, the only one I found open on Saturday for lunch is "CIBO" with excellent reviews and therefore you expect the best. The dishes are simple and good but very expensive also in relation to the quantity. We took a plate of champignon mushrooms (about 20 3 mm slices) sliced, breaded and fried with a spoonful of sauce for €. 12.00, a plate with 3 rolls of phyllo dough with broccoli, leeks, potatoes (more pasta than filling) with 1 tablespoon of sauce for €. 12.00 then a plate of Tempeh with 1 tablespoon of lentils, 2 slices of orange 2 millimeters thick and some chopped almonds for €. 19.00 in total with water, coffee and cover charge 57 euros. In my humble opinion it is a trendy place that rides the vegan wave and takes advantage of the fact that it is the only vegan restaurant in Aosta.
