In short: Good restaurant. Go there.
With a little more detail, we ate many different and unusual dishes. Some were a bit too spicy (e.g., the broccoli meatballs with cumin, which was a bit strong), but everything was very interesting.
There were no vegans at the table, just to put the tastes and mood into context. We found the dishes excellent and tried everything with interest.
The girls were treated kindly and were able to try something different than usual.
The young man in the dining room, a 45-year-old, MEGA-kind man, rarely do you find someone so on point, so smiley, and who takes the time to politely and pleasantly address everyone at the table. Excellent.
The chef/owner has a less welcoming demeanor, but she shows great care and dedication. She really cares.
The food is good, as already mentioned, although in our opinion, some of the flavor-dominant species should be listed among the ingredients, so you can get a taste of the flavor before ordering.
Rating 8, excellent.

I can only give it 5 stars, but we would have given it 25 or more!
A welcoming place, attentive to every need (my partner is gluten intolerant), offering variations on the menu. The waiter was very kind and the chef was super helpful!

My vegan girlfriend and I came for lunch over the weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a plant-based restaurant in Aosta. I booked through The Fork. The location is beautiful, very quaint, with various shades of green and plants in the paintings and on the walls. We were truly satisfied with the food. We had three first courses: fusilli with red cabbage pesto, rice noodles with vegetables, and a risotto with black rice, pumpkin, and walnuts. All three were delicious. We preferred the first two, but the risotto wasn't bad at all. For our second course, we had the tempeh (topped with a delicious sauce) and a fennel and pear salad. Delicious, the strong, bold flavor of the tempeh and that sauce paired perfectly with the delicate salad on the side. The desserts were also delicious, especially the apple pie. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat in Aosta without animal products!

Very nice place, but I'd play some background music so I couldn't hear the kitchen conversations. The food was pretty good. I had a vegan burger, but for the price, I expected at least fresh or homemade bread, and the chips were full of oil.
A glass of wine, more like a couple of fingers of excellent but expensive wine.

Beautiful atmosphere, the waitress and owner were incredibly kind and helpful, but let's get to the food. How's the food?
The food is truly delicious!
I had rice noodles with vegetables, which were fantastic, with a vegan nugget appetizer. My partner had bruschetta with baba ganoush and seitan pizzaiola... After finishing it all, I even had the seitan; it was so tempting.
I also tried a delicious rye beer.

We ate very well! The menu is seasonal and varied! We spent about €25 each for three main courses and a dessert, plus coffee, water, and service charge!
