I was looking for a quiet restaurant to enjoy an unconventional lunch and I found much more.
Fresh environment, simple decor in accordance with nature is a good menu choice.
Exceptional tempura vegetables!!
It's not easy to cook tasty and vegan and I enjoyed all the dishes.
Super vegan burger!!
The owner, as well as chef, told us about her sourcing choices which aim for native products grown without chemicals.
I think once you try them you'll come back.
Considering that it is not easy to cook vegan, the prices are in line with other vegan restaurants.

I am the first to support vegetarian and vegan restaurants, and in fact I am always well-disposed and understanding; However, this restaurant, even being a nice and inviting environment, did not satisfy me in terms of portions, especially when compared to the price, and the flavors were pleasant but very very soft, almost as if you could taste little, like the sauces. The bread and tasting as a starter offered were good. Not excellent service especially when we asked the waitress how a dessert was made and she was unable to answer; kind owner.

I was very excited to find a vegetarian restaurant in Aosta as this is quite rare in the alps. The food and service was excellent. I had a pumpkin and chestnut piadina to start followed by lentil strudel with fennel salad. My partner had the vegan burger. We both had tiramisu for dessert. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Aosta

Eppure ad Aosta sono stato diverse volte, ma... In una piccola traversa del corso, c'è questo delizioso posticino (non credo che possa ospitare più di 20-25 clienti) dove farsi coccolare dalle cure "vegetariane" dell'attenta e d esperta cuoca proprietaria. Si mangia molto bene e si spende il giusto in un ambiente elegantemente minimal e piacevole. La gentilissima proprietaria - persona riservata e cortese - non lesina consigli e suggerimenti a chi, come me, è curioso dell'arte culinaria vegetariana/vegana. Il servizio è preciso, la carta dei vini soddisfacente. Non pensate di arrivare in auto davanti al locale in quanto ad Aosta il centro è off limits.

Yet I have been to Aosta several times, but... In a small side street of the main street, there is this delightful little place (I don't think it can accommodate more than 20-25 customers) where you can be pampered by the "vegetarian" care of the attentive and expert owner chef. You eat very well and spend the right amount in an elegantly minimal and pleasant environment. The very kind owner - a reserved and courteous person - does not skimp on advice and suggestions to those who, like me, are curious about vegetarian/vegan culinary art. The service is precise, the wine list satisfactory. Don't think about arriving by car in front of the restaurant as in Aosta the center is off limits.

The restaurant is run by a lady with a genuine passion for vegan cuisine.
She is a kind lady and the dishes are very tasty. The restaurant is located in a small square in the historic center and is certainly worth going there. We have been in Aosta for a few days and we come from Florence where there is no shortage of restaurants and therefore we have enough comparisons to say that Cibo is a place that deserves it.
