After trying countless pizzerias across Olbia, Ciao Bella easily stood out as the crown jewel of our culinary journey. The moment you take a bite of their pizza, you know you’ve found something special. The crust is absolutely perfect—thin, crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with that slight wood-fired char that pizza dreams are made of. Their tomato sauce is rich, vibrant, and clearly made with high-quality, sun-ripened tomatoes—flavorful enough to be unforgettable but balanced to let the other ingredients shine. But what truly makes Ciao Bella more than just a place to eat is the exceptional staff. They are not only friendly and attentive—they actually remember you when you come back, welcoming you like an old friend. There’s a wonderful woman from Poland on the team who was a highlight of our visits: kind, efficient, and with a genuine warmth that made us feel at home every time. Her presence was one of the main reasons we returned more than once. Her name is: Patrycja The interior of Ciao Bella is an experience in itself. The restaurant feels like a cozy gallery, with walls covered in beautiful, thoughtfully chosen artwork. It’s as if you’re dining inside a private art show, with each meal accompanied by a visual feast. Whether you’re sitting down for a casual bite or a long, relaxed dinner, the atmosphere is creative, welcoming, and intimate. Ciao Bella isn’t just the best pizza in Olbia—it’s a place that combines culinary excellence, heartfelt service, and inspiring ambiance. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

Last night we again ate an excellent pizza, compliments on a par with the best Neapolitan pizzerias. The environment is nice and the staff nice and friendly. Deserved praise. As for the prices, in my opinion they are too high above average.
