I only had an aperitif, and the cocktail was well-made. It came with a small caper tray with a few chips, some bitter chips, a few olives, and two small bowls of creamy sauce—good. But without a slice of bread, a crouton, where would it go? I had to eat it like that.... The service is good and precise, and the staff is polite. The interior is small but cute and well-kept. Outside, you have the square and the Duomo in front of you, very beautiful. I think that for the price of the cocktail (certainly in line with other places), a few more chips wouldn't have hurt, although, to be fair, we asked for them and they arrived without a problem!

With two Franciacortas, I deserved a crisp to nibble on. Maybe next time.... Nice place in the center of Piacenza.

We had breakfast here and it was a fantastic experience. He made everything fresh from cutting the meat and cheese for our hot ham sandwiches to squeezing the orange juice fresh. A great start to the day.

Absolutely lovely! We had a great lunch for three with friendly and prompt service. Three different main courses for lunch were superb and again three different puddings all brilliant, too. Nice view of the square and market offered interesting and atmosphere. We didn’t expect the staff to speak fluent English, but they did and well. We’d come back

Stopped by for lunch yesterday, excellent welcome from Rachele, very good and crunchy focaccia (pinsa type), excellent desserts and above all the coffee!

The plating is simple but elegant and pleasing to the eye. Good wines. The desserts are a must-try, a perfect finish to an excellent meal. Service: Impeccable. Attentive but not intrusive. Friendly. Knowledgeable about the menu, it enhanced my dining experience. Value for Money: In my opinion, excellent. Fair price and high food quality. Plus: Very friendly and approachable owner. Attentive to the tastes and needs of his guests. A perfect place for romantic dinners but also for outings with friends. Ample parking. Recommended.
13/09/2025: I've been coming here as often as I can since I discovered this gem a few months ago. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail: from the ambiance to the service. The food is definitely the highlight. The ingredients are fresh, seasonal—the menu changes daily and offers a variety of meat and fish options. It's definitely the best fish I've ever eaten in Piacenza. The first courses are equally delicious. They also offer a fixed lunch menu, so for €25 you get an entrée, first course, second course, dessert/fruit, a glass of wine, water, and coffee—so the price is truly excellent for such an excellent offering. I recommend it to everyone.
