Ciaciò is so wonderful! There are many, many options for food in Ragusa, but this was the only place where we dined twice during our trip. The women that run it are kind, funny, and generous. The food is made with joy and love, you can tell. Everything we had was phenomenal, but my standouts were the pasta alla norma with busiate and the rabbit ragu with fried polenta cake. The style is contemporary but also homey, the wine selection is curated with intent. Ciaciò is a true gem. My favorite restaurant the we encountered on our trip in Sicily.

Today I stopped for dinner with friends at this charming restaurant in Ragusa Ibla. There's not much seating, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff are priceless. The food was a real surprise. We sampled the various appetizers and finished with a splendid beef tartare. Fresh ingredients, local cuisine with influences from the rest of Italy and abroad. I highly recommend it.

I've dined here several times. Crossing the threshold of Ciaciò pane e vino is like being transported to a unique world of so many things. The location is welcoming and elegant, the aromas captivate and inebriate, and the dishes are never predictable or banal. And last but not least, the personal touch: the girls are incredibly kind and professional. Speaking with Tania makes you realize how much passion and dedication she puts into her art of preparing excellent food. What she serves is the result of a constant search that manages to blend originality and tradition. Her engaging smile and everything else make Ciaciò a magical place. Congratulations on everything.
