We were greeted by the utmost courtesy and attentiveness of the staff and Mr. Mario. The ambiance is refined, the dishes meticulously presented, and there's a selection of unique appetizers, such as the tasting menu, which includes delicious appetizers and a bite of slow-cooked pancetta that was truly buttery. The gratin onion appetizer with porcini mushrooms and truffle was exquisite and delicate. The risotto with radicchio and walnuts was delicious. A place to relax and feel at ease, surrounded by friendliness, without sacrificing the sophistication typical of this wonderful village.

The service throughout the evening was attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about their craft and the dishes they serve. And then the food... in a word: sublime. Everything was fresh, carefully prepared, and bursting with authentic Italian flavors. We enjoyed, among other things, a wonderfully fresh and generously filled salad, perfectly seasoned. Even the details are perfect: the high-quality olive oil (L'Alfiere from Corazza) on the table demonstrates the love they put into the product. The dessert was not only a sight to behold but also the perfect, light, and flavorful ending to a wonderful meal. Our friends were right: Da Mario is an absolute must for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine, served in a cozy setting by people who truly appreciate their guests. We'll definitely be back!
