I don't think I'll go back, the dishes aren't bad but the quality/price ratio is very bad, the service is sufficient.

After a long time, I returned to eat a pizza with friends, in this beautiful place. Every time I come in here, I always feel pampered by the staff, above all professional, polite, and timely, on any request made. The pizza chef is very good, he can satisfy any palate. Not to mention the owner Sandra, and her daughter Natascia, who make you feel like family. To return as soon as possible.

Lunch with a friend, interesting selection of local wines, with meat and fish options, very nice girl who served us, good focaccia that comes with a small bread basket. The room is very large and the toilets clean and tidy....

Ci siamo capitati x caso di ritorno da Volterra e ci siamo fermati a Pontedera per visitare il museo Piaggio. Abbiamo preso delle pennette cacciuccate che erano spettacolari con tanto di scarpetta. A seguire una crostata con marmellata di fichi fatta in casa e una panna cotta con composta di frutti di bosco fatta da loro. La gentilezza, la cordialita' e il sorriso della ragazza che ci ha seguiti e consigliati sono stati il degno coronamento dell' ottimo pranzo

Spacious venue, close to the Piaggio Museum, particular decor set towards the Vespa and engines, a pleasure for enthusiasts... Excellent food, wide choice on the menu, greetings and big compliments to the lady who looked after us with care and spontaneous kindness. An obligatory stop if you were to go to see the Museum.... and beyond.

Ci ritorno è un vero gioiello. Sono rimasto colpito dalla sua autenticità e dalla calorosa accoglienza. Il personale era estremamente gentile e solare. È un luogo che ti fa sentire a casa e ti delizia con una cucina deliziosa." Cibo ottimo. IO CI RITORNO. Consigliatissimo.

19/06/2025: I have been several times and I must say that it is a very relaxing environment, very good food from the appetizer to the dessert, the pizza is super, the service, the cleanliness... and so much simplicity.
15/06/2025: Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The grilled fish dish was dry and bland, and the salad came without oil or vinegar. Communication in English was difficult. Considering the location and price, we would have expected considerably more. We don't understand the positive Google reviews.

Ristorante San Pecoraio

15/06/2025: Easily accessible place, beautiful and with various services. We used the pool as outsiders and it was actually a very pleasant different afternoon (from the sea). Too bad for the unspeakable quantity of horseflies (or similar), concentrated practically only in the panoramic pool... which actually also made the situation comical (with the guests wriggling in chaotic dances, while the staff lived with it peacefully). We had lunch at the Niagara pool bar, quiet service and good value for money.
11/06/2025: Amazing place, high quality hotel with 2 pools, 1 restaurant, 2 poor bars and lots of loungers with 1 assigned to each room. We found it very relaxing and great for families. Not very lively for young couples if you were looking for that. Location requires a hire car if travelling. The closest medieval town is Volterra which is stunning for about a 30 minute drive. Other towns are Sienna and San Gimignano all beautiful. Driving up to the accommodation is quite narrow and some paths are poorly maintained, so no Ferrari's please.
