My friends and I have been organizing dinners at this restaurant for at least three or four years, and we're sorry to admit that this last time we had a bad experience. The price has gone up, which is completely understandable, but the quality and variety of the dishes (both the buffet and the meat) has declined, and we didn't find the service particularly pleasant either. Furthermore, they removed the caramelized pineapple at the end of the meal; it's now served separately. This time, we were disappointed!

Beautiful terrace, good food, and excellent service. My thanks to the waiter who, as soon as he saw our little dog, brought over a bowl of water on his own initiative—a truly lovely, spontaneous gesture.

A somewhat mediocre experience.
The place is beautiful and new, but very noisy. The tables are well-arranged, so they're not too close to other diners.
There was only one menu, while the website lists three. The wait staff was friendly and smiling. Unfortunately, I expected better quality meat, since the only excellent cuts were the picagna and the rump; the others were a bit too dry and tough. The buffet was extensive but mediocre. One last flaw: they said they'd bring endless meat, but after 8 or 9 initial trips, the time between each cut was really excessive.
It's a shame, I won't be returning.

Nice place and decent food. It's a shame the decor is dirty and fake. It's a shame the buffet is full of flies.

Exceptional Brazilian restaurant!
We started with an unlimited buffet of hot and cold Brazilian dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients. This was followed by various types of meat with different seasonings, all cooked on a spit: top-notch quality!
Drinks include draft beer, wine, and, above all, the classic or fruit CAIPIRINHA (I had the fruit-filled one), the best I've ever had.
Of course, the staff was top-notch: friendly, kind, smiling, and, above all, attentive to the customer from start to finish.
IMPERIO GAUCHO: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la flessibilità dell'offerta. Infatti è possibile, per un prezzo fisso, servirsi ad ottimo buffet molto vario, oltre che venir serviti quante volte si vuole con carne della miglior qualità, scegliendo di volta in volta quale taglio si preferisce. L'unica miglioria che posso suggerire è nel preparare meglio il personale, in parte straniero, alla spiegazione del funzionamento dei menù, in quanto abbiamo avuto bisogno di un paio di tentativi per capire bene. Una bella location per una cena lenta e abbondante
