There's not much to say...everything is fantastic! The staff and owner are very friendly and kind, the food is excellent, and the place is very welcoming. I recommend going to their restaurant, you'll leave feeling full and satisfied.

I went with my boyfriend a few days ago to celebrate our anniversary. It was a wonderful discovery.
The location was modern, well-designed, and well-maintained.
The dishes were carefully crafted, both in terms of composition and combination of ingredients, but above all, refined yet creamy.
The portions were just right, so much so that after sharing an appetizer and a first course each, we moved on to dessert.
We were very satisfied. We'll definitely be back!

We return to this restaurant often, and every time the experience is impeccable. The quality is consistent, as is the attention to every detail. The cuisine is balanced and never predictable. Each dish is conceived and crafted with great respect for the ingredients (which are equally high-quality) and with a mature vision, even though the chef is young.
At the end of the meal, we often stop to chat with him. It's a moment that enriches the experience, because you can sense all the passion behind it.
In short, a place you'll gladly return to.

Our first time at Chosen, we were immediately struck by the atmosphere of the room: minimal and elegant furnishings, then the professional and courteous welcome of the maitre, who guided us with courtesy and professionalism throughout the dinner.
But the dishes were the real stars of the evening. Refined and elegant dishes, you can perceive the attention to the search for ingredients linked to seasonality and the territory, all done with care, with elegant but not minimal portions. Excellent first courses, equally so the second courses. Really compliments!
