Chosen Restaurant In Terracina

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with my girlfriend and the experience was truly excellent. The atmosphere is elegant and cared for in every detail, perfect for a special evening. The food was simply fabulous, each dish was a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. Unfortunately I was unable to taste the wine, but knowing the quality of the rest, I am sure that the wine selection would also be up to par. Highly recommended!

A commendable discovery, the perfect combination of raw materials and culinary innovation. In my opinion, the Chosen restaurant, by Chef Cima Vincenzo, is a reality that has been consolidated for some years in our city and expresses its territorial identity by building a bridge of taste culture between flavors of the past and constructions of the future, as it should be. The place is truly well-kept and welcoming The wine list is also excellent and pairs commendably with the menu proposals. I recommend stopping by to visit these guys who are so friendly and at the same time professional.

Wonderfully impressed by this place.. my husband and I entered with a lot of distrust and left super happy.. we chose it to celebrate our first year of marriage.. Chosen is a restaurant that is really worth trying but not only where you can return as many times as you want to eat refined dishes full of every flavour.. a relaxing atmosphere that helps you enjoy dinner, wonderful and attentive staff.. there are only 5 stars to give but if I had the chance I would give a thousand.. our most heartfelt compliments to the Chef who conveyed to us all his passion and creativity with those dishes... from the appetizer to the dessert an explosion of flavours.. We will be back to try other things on the menu, Thank you ❤️

I am a chef and yesterday with an old friend and colleague of mine we sat down in this very quiet restaurant, attracted both by the reputation of the chef patron and by the photos that we often saw on social media. The menu exudes authenticity from the first page. It has two tasting menus, 5 or 7 courses and you can choose between meat and fish. You can combine a wine tasting of 3 to 5 glasses, which is always a great idea in my opinion because it allows you to get to know the area efficiently. In addition to the tasting you can eat à la carte, which is not very long and extends over just a few pages. We chose the 5-course land tasting and paired it with a truly excellent native wine, Caecubum. We were really very satisfied with the menu. The courses, although well prepared and with selected raw materials of excellent quality, were more than right, full of 0 km raw materials. Lots of truffles, from whitebait to fine black truffles, a wise use of animal proteins and lots of flavour. The dishes respected the seasonality of the raw materials. Few frills of a starred restaurant, few excessive manipulations, all raw materials implanted with taste without exceeding the exercises of style. In the dining room we found a very knowledgeable person, not intrusive and available for any clarification on food and wine, always with authentic kindness. In conclusion, we got up from the table with the wonderful awareness of having eaten at hands down in the best and most authentic restaurant they founded. In a gastronomic scene often made up of improvisers or Sunday entrepreneurs, finding a restaurant of this level was a wonderful surprise. Refined dishes for an explosion of flavors and aromas. The staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs. I definitely recommend it!

I am in Ceprano for work and I find this restaurant by chance looking here and there for the various proposals on maps. Given the positive reviews, I booked a table immediately. How to deny it?! Very welcoming and elegant environment in the center of Fondi, I immediately choose from the menu because I don't know how to read or write the 7-course fish menu. Hence a truly excellent experience, very fresh fish, high quality products and a remarkable presentation of the dishes, explained in an excellent manner. You immediately understand the mastery of the chef who offers traditional dishes but revisited to his personal taste. A truly excellent dinner. If I'm in the area I'll definitely come back for the land menu. Compliments.

Locale molto intimo , con un atmosfera soft, servizio cordiale e attento. Le proposte nel menù sono molto accattivanti e ben eseguite . Cena perfetta, consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo fatto menu' degustazione:dall' antipasto al dolce con assaggio di tre vini. Ogni portata e' stata una ri-scoperta di piatti tradizionali ma rivisitati senza stravolgerli. Complimenti allo chef Vincenzo e a tutto lo staff,cortese e mai invadente. Torneremo a breve per assaggiare il menu' a la carte! Antinella e Mauro

Pranzo di compleanno. Ottimo cibo e servizio di qualità. Antipasti eccezionali. Primi molto buoni con gnocchetti al pomodoro super per un bambino. I dolci altrettanto, porzioni abbondanti da ricordare se si ha uno stomaco piccolo e quindi eventualmente decide di dividerli per non lasciare cibo sprecato 😊. Torneremo sicuramente per apprezzare altri piatti. Complimenti!
