After seeing various stories on social media, and being a pistachio lover, I couldn't help but try this place. So on a couple of occasions, once a month ago and once a few days ago, I came to try several of their products. A few months ago I tried the pistachio granita and I can say it was the best pistachio granita I've ever tasted. A few days ago I tried the pistachio rama di Napoli, which was a little dry on the chocolatey side. A Sicilian cannolo covered in pistachio with pistachio ricotta, which was delicious, but the ricotta wasn't exactly the strongest pistachio flavor. A slice of pistachio cake, which was perhaps the biggest disappointment because I wasn't thrilled and I thought it would be a pistachio bomb with a very strong flavor. A pistachio flan, which I really enjoyed, especially since they add a pistachio cream that makes it more creamy. Then there was also a hazelnut, pistachio, and pistachio seven veils gelato, which I also didn't like very much because the gelato wasn't very creamy and the flavors weren't very strong. Let's say that between ups and downs this place is not bad in the end, but you have to go back to try other things and try the pistachio granita again which is unforgettable.
