Try it before judging! Initially when booking I had some misconceptions about the staff! However, when we arrived at the hotel to spend our weekend we met very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner, with variations for everyone. Classic rooms, from a 3-star hotel. Excellent location if you want to take a tour of the town centre; We didn't use the chairlift which is still a 12 minute walk away.

We stayed for two weekends in this property, I confirm that the impact of the booking experience was a bit harsh. However, everything was more than compensated by the kindness of the dining room staff and the super friendly and fast service. Excellent breakfast and dinner with traditional but excellent quality menu. The rooms are partially modernized, correspond to the category. Large spaces for children and a room with games. The swimming pool and wellness area are brand new and very clean. What can I say, don't be intimidated by the first impression, in our opinion it is absolutely worth it and we will be back!
