Excellent location in the center of Diano Marina and accessible to the beach. Excellent cuisine. Friendly staff. Very clean room. In my opinion it deserves at least 4 stars, if not 5 stars.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Diano Marina, easily accessible from both the beach and the streets of the historic town center. The staff is extremely friendly and always available for any occasion. The rooms are very clean, thanks to the equally helpful staff who clean the rooms from top to bottom to ensure guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The waiters in the dining room are very kind and helpful. The food is excellent. Practically everything is clean, with a great view and a convenient location, and the food is very good. I recommend it for anyone looking for an excellent guesthouse at a reasonable price. The family that runs it wants to celebrate the history of the establishment, which has been open under the name "Grande Hotel Paradiso" since 1893. I give it 5 stars.

27/11/2025: I'm in love with Imperia. Like every year, almost like a ritual, I have to go to Lanterna Blu to relive the same experience that has been with me since I was a child. La Lanterna Blu isn't just a restaurant; it's the symbol of this beautiful province. It's a magical place characterized by an elegant, distinguished, clean, and comfortable setting. Max makes you feel right at home, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. But let's move on to the dishes. What can I say? They're in keeping with the location and could sum it all up in one word: "Quality." The catch of the day I ate was sublime; the ingredients were fresh and served with care and elegance, the attention to the customer and their needs was attentive, and the wine list was vast. All these qualities should be taken for granted, but unfortunately, these days they're not easy to find in the restaurant world. In short, maybe it's just me who has a soft spot for this place, but it's definitely a place worth visiting if you're in the area. See you soon, Max.
