Chiosco del Lampredotto In Firenze

If you are in Florence and want to taste one of the true traditional flavors, the Chiosco del Lampredotto is a must-see. I had a really excellent lampredotto sandwich, tasty and freshly prepared, for only €5. The quality is excellent and the flavor is authentic, exactly as it should be. In addition, you can accompany the sandwich with a glass of wine for only €1, or with a whole bottle for €3, something that is rare to find nowadays. All in a genuine and no-frills atmosphere, where you can breathe the real Florence of the past. The staff is fast and friendly, used to serving both loyal Florentines and curious tourists. The waiting times are short even if there is often a queue, a sign of the excellent reputation of the place. Highly recommended for those who want to live an authentic experience, eat well while spending little and enjoy a piece of Tuscan tradition. When I return to Florence, I already know that I will make another stop!

If you want to eat a good sandwich with lampredotto, this is the right place to stop... very tasty lampredotto, I had to queue for a while but only because it was Easter Monday, good service

I had Panino Con Lampredotto 5€. The giblets have no odor at all and have a simple salty taste, and when you eat them with a panini that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, you'll be amazed at how well they go together. I like that it's not overly seasoned. The Lampredot here is absolutely delicious.

First panino lampredotto and, it was great!! Couldn’t come to Firenze and not try the local specialty. Looked up best places to grab a sandwich and this little spot popped up so off I went. Only €5 - with salt, pepper and salsa verde. Has a delicious fattiness to it that goes perfectly with local Chianti. The bread they use is soft and chewy and holds up perfectly to the moisture from the tripe and dressing. It was a delicious, easy meal. I’m so happy I tried it! Check out this little food cart for yourself if you find yourself near Ponte Vecchio and want a little taste of the local fare. (Bought the little bottle of wine there too, only €5! Highly recommend)
