A piece of Spain in Salento! Paella prepared very well, excellent homemade sangria, kindness and friendliness of the owner Salvatore!! We will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed myself in this bar, I spent a week in Torre Pali and I used this bar every morning to have coffee. Very very friendly staff, helpful and a very quiet and pleasant place.

A PAELLA AMONG THE SPANISH PEOPLE!!! Returning after a few years, we are pleased to find the same relaxed atmosphere and special welcome that the owner reserves for all his customers. We note with joy that we are among the few Italian customers: around us, a group from Madrid and one from Valencia. We refresh ourselves with a delicious sangria with ice and pieces of fruit. We order the classic paella de marisco: superlative, better than the last one (one of the most renowned) enjoyed in Formentera! Fresh and tasty fish, all cooked to perfection. Umami from the ionosphere! As a worthy conclusion to the meal, the Sicilian almond sorbet, a true delight. The blue and white wooden rooms, the well-kept winter garden, the flowerbeds with scrub lilies that extend up to the view of the sea just a few meters away, old lanterns and anchors to decorate, make the meal experience even more suggestive. Mandatory stop for anyone who wants to enjoy a unique culinary experience in the Maldives of Salento!

We have eaten a very delicious paella, the owner makes you feel at home, we have tried an excellent wine and limoncelo and to finish an exquisite almond coffee, a mandatory stop if you go to Salento beach. Thank you very much Salvatore

Paella was very good 👍. Service friendly, everything very clean. The main course is only paella, which could be a problem for larger groups. But it's better to do one thing well than 10 badly ;). I would have liked to try the almond sorbet - it looked very tasty. But I was just too full. We paid €51 for 2 people (mixed) paella with a bottle of water.

Locale scoperto per caso l'ultimo giorno qui a Torre Pali. Siamo passati nel pomeriggio per un caffè, incuriositi dalla bella musica... Alla fine si è rivelato una delle chicche più belle di questo soggiorno a Torre Pali. Ottima la paella accompagnata da una buona sangria. Proprietario top. Ma la super chicca è il caffè credo unico nel suo genere! Ottimo rapporto qualità, lo consiglio e soprattutto vi consiglio di prenotare.

Locale carino e senza pretese a due passi dal mare. Accogliente e gentile il proprietario. Il menù prevede solo paella che ho trovato buona, ma niente di superlativo a differenza di ciò che ho riscontrato nelle altre recensioni. Stesso discorso per la sangria ;chi non gradisce, può optare per il vino. Per il locale girano dei simpatici gatti, che lo diventano meno quando entrano indisturbati in cucina. Il conto lo ritengo leggermente alto rispetto alla qualità ed al servizio ricevuto.
