slightly long waiting times; decent pizza. It's a shame that, as often happens, the manager passes off a PRE-ACCOUNT RECEIPT as a TAX RECEIPT. It's absolutely not good

Few in Livorno give the opportunity to eat express cuisine after 10pm and of quality. An impromptu dinner after a theater performance: very good anchovies, fried squid and prawns nice and crispy and dry, a liter of not bad sparkling wine, semifreddo, well-made punch and limoncello offered = 55 euros per couple. Optimal!

At first glance you wouldn't give it a Euro 😁, but instead the food was very good (all seafood, business dinner for 13 people. Price I would say is not low but normal for what we ate. Chinese cook but super good. I have to compliment him 👍

We arrived and were asked how many people needed seats. Funnily enough, the lady asked if the 8 year old needed a seat - yes, he did. The order was taken quickly and easily, and the drinks arrived quickly too. However, we waited more than 45 minutes for the food. The pizzas were good, nothing more, nothing less. Gnocchi with mushrooms also tasted ok. As for the fried seafood, I can't describe the taste, it just wasn't really there, maybe spices were forgotten. It's a shame actually. The portion was also a bit small and I'm glad that the children didn't finish their pizzas and I was able to eat enough of them. All I can say about the ambience is that it was loud and gradually got on your nerves. However, there is certainly little the operator can do about it. The toilets were ok. Technology that takes some getting used to for German visitors - sink with foot pedal.

Nishiki Sushi

18/10/2023: A mio parere sushi buono ma niente di speciale, per quanto riguarda la cucina cinese sono rimasta molto dispiaciuta, i ravioli specialmente sono troppo agliati e con consistenze discutibili. Un peccato! Potrebbe certamente migliorare, visto che sul sushi siamo sulla buona strada.
29/09/2023: Wir sind jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier Sushi essen gewesen. Nach unserem ersten Besuch waren wir schon ganz traurig, dass wir vielleicht nie wieder dort essen werden, da wir einen langen Weg aus Deutschland haben. Aber ein paar Jahre später bot sich nun im Italien-Urlaub nochmal die Möglichkeit, und wir haben unsere Route extra so gelegt, dass wir dort vorbeikommen. Und wir haben es nicht bereut! Eines der besten Sushi Restaurants, die wir bisher besucht haben. Großartiges Essen mit wirklich kreativen Ideen, sehr nettes Personal und auch unser Hund war willkommen und wurde sogar für den Gang zur Toilette vom Personal ganz lieb gesittet ;-) Schade, dass es so weit weg ist, sonst wären wir garantiert Stammkunden :) Macht bitte weiter so!

06/07/2024: I was on the evening of November 1st, I must say that the food was good, plentiful, the service was quite fast (it's true that there were few people), the sashimi was well presented and very good, plentiful, the only flaw is that we ordered some dishes and they weren't were brought but that's fine we consoled ourselves with the desserts although for a slice of cheese cake €5 seemed a bit much (among other things frozen desserts), overall I would give a good 7 as a rating, I recommend it if you are from passing by and want to eat something fast. I will be back to make other evaluations and taste other dishes. Mark. UPDATE 6/07/24 UNFORTUNATELY THIS RESTAURANT HAS CLOSED AND IS NOT MENTIONED ON THE SITE I TRIED AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES I PASSED THERE PERSONALLY AND I SEE THAT THE PLACE IS CLOSED WITH ALL THE STUFF STACKED UP AND I SAID IT WAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. THEY COULD ALSO COMMUNICATE IT ON THE OFFICIAL SITE I NOTE THAT MANY ARE CLOSING, WHO KNOWS WHY!?
