I visited this place on a Saturday night. I have to say that I usually avoid places with double service because they often cause delays and you end up having to rush to clear your table by the appointed time. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The food is excellent, and the prices are perfectly in line with the quality. The place is aesthetically beautiful and meticulously maintained, clean, warm, and welcoming. The restrooms are impeccable (which unfortunately isn't always a given). Honestly, Chimera has everything I look for in a place. I'll gladly return when I'm in the area. I recommend it to anyone. Kudos to the owner and his staff, great job! :)

Excellent food, a menu with a wide selection, tasty, high-quality dishes, and delicious desserts, even for those with lactose intolerance. Very kind and efficient staff. We'll definitely be back.

Quality food, excellent service, friendly staff

The interior is very pleasant, though the veranda isn't. The food is really good and the dishes are well-prepared. The service is a bit so-so, but that may have been due to the crowds. The desserts are also good.

Very nice place, welcoming staff, overall good food. The problem is on Saturdays, standing for an hour waiting for a table. Otherwise, some of the sandwiches aren't that great, but other dishes are very good and elaborate. The price isn't even that "cheap."
