We booked a table for two very easily on the website. The atmosphere was very welcoming, as was the service. Crispy gourmet pizza, made with quality ingredients. A wide selection of desserts; I tried their maritozzo and I'd say... excellent!! I'll be back and highly recommend it. The only downside: parking! You either need luck or a lot of patience.

The only real limitation is parking: finding a free spot can be complicated (the 4 stars of the environment are for this problem). However, once you cross the threshold, every difficulty is amply repaid.
The attention to quality is evident in every detail, from the selection of ingredients to the attention to service. The local products, chosen with great care, embellish each pizza, while the base, the result of a particular process, clearly stands out from the more common ones, offering a truly unique experience.
The selection of beers is also excellent, with very interesting local proposals. The espresso coffee, then, has a distinctive and memorable taste.
The small internal shop of artisanal bread, made with local flours and ancient grains, is also very popular.
All this dedication to quality translates into a slightly higher than average cost, but absolutely justified: an expense that is worth every euro.

Having had an engagement in Piacenza we took the opportunity to have lunch in this restaurant on the suggestion of a colleague and we were more than satisfied.
The pizza is an exceptional product: you can easily notice the great work behind the dough which is very light with high hydration and leavening.
Equally good is the maritozzo, also home-made, which I highly recommend.
We will definitely be back.

Dinner on Sunday night, gluten-free pizza with nduja and good gorgonzola, they also have gluten-free beer and some gluten-free dessert options, I had the cheesecake with mango and biscuits.

Pizza ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista: prodotti, cottura, digeribilità.
Si capisce che a monte, c'è una ricerca importante.
Male invece il personale: molto distaccato e che fa molte differenze fra clienti conosciuti e no.
I prezzi sono leggermente alti ma possono essere accettati x la qualità proposta.
Dolci discreti.
Una volta ogni tanto ci sta (mai nei fine settimana dove vengono proposti due turni, la sera).
Grosso problema il parcheggio nei pressi della pizzeria
