My heartfelt compliments to the Barman Giorgio M. boy, who on the night of Friday 6 June 25 I saw him prepare me a latte macchiato with such mastery that I have not found even in the best hotels in Rome. Really good and compliments also to those who hire such professional figures.

It's true that they're doing some work, but it's been years now, but the bathrooms are tiny (I'm not a giant and it was almost cramped) but they're clean, the products aren't many but they're excessively expensive (a cutlet sandwich costs €10.90)!

We stopped for a quick bite on our way from Roma to Sorrento. The place is very good and there were decent varieties. recommended to fill up for a long trip.

Since they eliminated the Chef Express (Pavesi at the time) which was on the motorway bridge, the stop has lost a lot. Today it is a small prefabricated building where the workers do everything possible to make a place that cannot be welcoming. Many stop by the restaurant, which no longer exists today.

15/07/2025: A long wait, but worth it. Excellent pizzas, pasta, and risotto. The restrooms urgently need to be improved! I highly recommend it for the quality of the food!

15/02/2025: Valentine's Day dinner... just one adjective: SUPERLATIVE!!!!! Incredible menu, execution of the dishes and top service! Welcoming environment, right music, friendliness and courtesy. Characteristics that are unfortunately not too obvious in catering, the prerogative of those who put their heart into it! If I really had to find a note out of place, I would have ended that type of dinner with a specialty coffee, with complex acidity and structured aromas rather than with a traditional blend, however good.... but mine is professional bias and personal taste! If you are looking for an evening not to forget, this is the right place!
