From the start, the staff welcomed us with rare kindness, managing to adapt eight gluten-free appetizers with great willingness, never making us feel limited but rather pampered in every detail. The quality of the ingredients is simply extraordinary: carefully prepared, refined, and flavorfully balanced dishes. The capellacci with shrimp and scallops was an experience, delicate yet intense, perfectly balanced. The tagliata, tender and flavorful, was a fitting conclusion to a memorable dinner. The location contributes to making the experience even more evocative, with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax and fully enjoy the moment. A restaurant that manages to combine professionalism, human warmth, and top-notch cuisine: simply excellent, to be recommended without hesitation and returned to as soon as possible.
