23/08/2025: As soon as I arrived at Villa Kailia, I immediately felt welcomed. The place is meticulously maintained, immersed in nature, with an elegant yet never overly formal atmosphere. The food is top-notch: carefully crafted dishes, authentic flavors, and surprising pairings. But what really makes the difference is the service. Aldo and his staff are incredible: kind, attentive, and make you feel important without ever being overbearing. It's one of those places where you sit down, relax, and never want to leave. I'll definitely be back.

The menu was extensive and well-curated, featuring hearty and delicious traditional Apulian dishes, from the mix of rustic appetizers to the desserts. The service was friendly and attentive, and the owner, Aldo, made us feel right at home.
