Chechele – Seafood Flavors in the Heart of Carovigno ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last night we had the pleasure of dining at Chechele, in the heart of Carovigno, and the experience was truly excellent. We started with a dish of paccheri with lobster, flavorful and well-balanced, the pasta enveloping a rich, aromatic, seafood-inspired sauce. For our second course, a light and crispy mixed fried fish dish, with the freshest fish exuding the true flavors of the Adriatic. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, helping to make the evening pleasant and relaxed. The central location and refined atmosphere make this a great place to return to, certain of finding quality and hospitality.

Highly recommended! A friend and I happened to be in Carovigno and chose Chechele for dinner. It's been a great choice. Fantastic place, excellent service, and truly delicious food. We haven't paid yet, but we'd be happy to pay any amount. 💪🏻

29/11/2025: A lovely trattoria with a lovely fireplace and home-style cooking that rivals your mother's. The owners are very friendly, kind, and helpful. We went for lunch with a group of about twenty people. The appetizer included a wide variety of hot, freshly prepared dishes, and an excellent first course of orecchiette with cardoncelli mushrooms or (alternatively) a lovely, generous mixed grill. The house dessert was also excellent. For an average total of €27.50 per person, it seems exceptional. Everything was delicious! We'll be back!
