A warm place (wood fire crackling in the fireplace) which brings you closer to real Roman cuisine, that of the long-time inhabitants. We move away from polished cuisine for authentic tastes, quality ingredients and solid know-how. Everything we look for when we travel.
Very good advice for choosing dishes and wine. And what's more, a superb mastery of the French language which allowed us a great exchange.

Wonderful experience! Excellent service with even better food. The ratio of quality and prices is excellent. We had 2 first courses, 2 second and 2 desserts (one with a historic porto) and 2 digestives. Everything was perfect and I would reccomend to try. The owner,as well as the personnel is extremely attentive to the needs of guests.

Simply amazing! It was a privelege to eat here and experience something new. To anyone a bit more adventurous I'd recommend all the offal options of the menu ;)

Fantastic location. Exquisite food. Impeccable service.
The fireplace in the old-fashioned room is something magical if you go there in winter.
The receipts mix between the flavors of the past and the current ones.
The presentation of the wines is very professional.
I highly recommend it especially to those who want to get out of the tourist spots in the center even a little.

They did the Roman classics beautifully here. The carbonara was especially amazing. Also just a lovely vibe, with the cozy wooden dining room and warm service. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Rome.

Storico!! Cucina vera e tipica romana! Il proprietario (credo) gentilissimo, ma di una gentilezza vera , ama quello che fa e si vede! I nostri piatti ( bruschette, gricia e pajata) tutto eccezionale, saporito ma non pesante!
