Run, don’t walk, to this sweet shop! The gelato is great but the pastries really have my heart. Warm, fluffy and filled with your choice of cream- I will be dreaming of these magical treats and if I ever have the pleasure of returning to Tricase I will be back at this shop every night- ask for the owners suggestion if you aren’t sure what to get, they won’t steer you wrong ;) we got one of everything and our whole group was in heaven
Bonus was the excellent location with view of the town square and big fountain to enjoy with my dessert!

Amazing!
The leavened pastries are worthy of the name. The Krapfen and Pangocciole are expertly made. The lactose-free hazelnut and stracciatella gelato is excellent. I hope to return soon. Congratulations.

While on vacation in Marina Serra, we went to Tricase for ice cream. A pure delight. The donut with the three ice creams inside is amazing.

During my vacation in the area, I ate several flavors of ice cream, all excellent, the pistachio was superlative! But the graffa? A cloud of deliciousness... It's like being in Naples! Promoted with flying colors.

I was at Voglia yesterday, in Piazza Cappuccini in Tricase, and I can say with certainty that it is a must-see for those who love well-made desserts. It is a place specialized in bomboloni, Krapfen and lobster tails filled with special and super delicious creams: Rocher cream, white cream, pistachio cream, hazelnut cream, chocolate cream, Kinder Bueno cream... and the list goes on! Every bite is a bomb of flavor.
The desserts are always very fresh, filled on the spot and with quality ingredients. An explosion of flavors that makes you want to try them all. Personally, I tried the lobster tail with Rocher cream: simply spectacular.
Plus, while I was there, I was lucky enough to hear celebrations in perfect Neapolitan style, a warm and cheerful atmosphere, which made the experience even more special. Even though we were in the heart of Salento, for a moment it seemed like we were in Naples, but without excess or confusion.
There are two small flaws, however:
1. You can only eat outside, so you have to keep an eye on the weather.
2. Parking is complicated: I found a place about 5 minutes away on foot, but I assure you it was worth it.
In conclusion: Voglia is a corner of irresistible sweetness in Tricase. If you are in the area, don't miss it. Once you try it, it becomes difficult not to come back. I tried the bombolone al Kinder Bueno at Che Voglia in Tricase: a real bomb of taste! Soft, creamy filling and sweet at the right point, with that delicious touch of Kinder Bueno that makes it irresistible. Highly recommended for a super enjoyable break!
