Pizza by the slice at the beginning of Via Ostiense, run by very friendly Egyptians. You can also find ready-made dishes like lasagna and eggplant parmigiana. Great prices... crispy and well-topped pizza. Kebab pizza... supplì and water for €5. Parking is difficult.

Delicious fresh food and open when other places aren't. As such, the place gets busy which reflects the great service and good value. We had the roast chicken and potatoes everyday, so tasty! Highly recommend this little gem.

Trattoria La Vecchia Osteria

08/11/2025: Excellent food, specifically the gnocchi, broccoli, and tiramisu, which are the ones I ate. But overall, I think everything is delicious. It's truly an excellent restaurant, and the management is excellent, with the owner being a truly wonderful person. I recommend it and we'll definitely be back.
20/10/2025: We happened upon it almost by chance. The friendliness and hospitality were wonderful, as were the dishes. In particular, I think the gricia with truffle was the best I've ever tried. We got carried away and immediately recommended it to those sitting next to us. The entire staff was helpful and friendly, even for a chat. From being a passerby, it quickly became a must-visit. Congratulations
