We stayed this weekend for the truffle festival in Carbone. It was a wonderful experience: the chalet was super clean, nestled in the woods, Alberto provided a unique welcome, and the food was excellent. Everything was truly excellent. Thanks again!

22/09/2025: We ate wonderfully, from the appetizers (the grilled pecorino was fabulous) to the first courses, not to mention the arrosticini and the Flintstones steak. The house dessert was also delicious. The price was a pleasant surprise!
