I'd been wanting to try this place for a while, and finally, on Saturday, August 23rd, I was able to do so for lunch. I'd say the 5 stars are more than deserved. The prices were fair for the experience, the food was top-quality, and the service excellent: special praise to the young man who looked after us, always polite, attentive, and friendly. The architecture is remarkable, as is the location. We started with an aperitif outside: an impeccable Negroni and an excellent still rosé, accompanied by simple yet carefully prepared food options. Then we moved on to lunch itself, which lived up to our expectations. An experience worth repeating: I'll definitely be back.

Here, the view trumps everything. We're on Monte Bondone, high up, with a terrace that makes you want to stop even just for a coffee. The atmosphere is modern yet warm, with lots of wood and huge windows. The food is good: well-prepared Trentino dishes, fresh pasta, tender meat, and traditional desserts that are easy to eat. The portions are generous, and the service is friendly and fairly quick, although there can be a bit of a wait when it's busy. The prices aren't cheap, but considering the location and the quality, it's fair enough. In short, it's excellent for a post-ski lunch break or for a dinner with a view, without too many frills but with style.

Served like royalty, we truly had a wonderful time and will be back! In addition to the wonderful dishes, we recommend the lemon and mountain flax sorbet. WOW, UNIQUE!!!

We ate here for lunch. A mixed cold cuts appetizer for two, two tagliatelle with game ragù, and a Groestel main course. A bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Everything was delicious, served by a very kind waiter on a panoramic terrace with a magnificent view.

A parte lo spettacolo di vista, abbiamo mangiato proprio bene io ed Alessia. Un cervo della fine del mondo, una tagliatella al dente alla selvaggina strepitosa e un dolce ottimo. Paccheri formidabili. Consigliatissimo.
