Excellent experience at Chalet Giallo. I stopped for an aperitivo on the Naples waterfront and found a pleasant, well-kept atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The Negroni was truly delicious, fresh and well-prepared, perfect for a leisurely drink overlooking the sea. Friendly service and a very pleasant atmosphere. Must try!

I'm not sure if it's forbidden in Italy or Naples to have coffee shop in the park to enjoy drink in silence so even this although near the park by the sea is close to very frequent road. And we were bit disappointed by the taste or freshness of the pastry EDIT: reply to the owner - francesina was good the second one not so much.

I visited Chalet Giallo on the Naples seafront and had a really good time. The place has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere that makes you enjoy a stroll by the sea even more. Nestled in the municipal park and just steps from the aquarium. I tried a truly delicious lemon sorbet: fresh, creamy, and with an authentic flavor. A simple, yet truly enjoyable little break that I'd happily do again!

Mare e Monti farmhouse

28/12/2025: Mare e Monti is one of those locations that I will never forget in my lifetime. My new wife and I visited here for our honeymoon for a 4-day trip. We were greeted by Silvio and his brother Pasquale, who took up our luggage and greeted us with house wine. The next 3 days included eating amazing farm-fresh food, walking in the mountain town, traveling down to the coast, meeting kind people, and having the best days of our life. The rooms are cozy, the food is delicious, the wine is crisp, and the people are spectacular. This is a MUST STAY location if you are in the area, and I will recommend it to ANYONE who is willing to stay 40 minutes away from the coastline.
07/11/2025: End of the season stay and we were pleasantly surprised about our warm welcome by Silvio and Anna. Our upper room had beautiful views off the balcony. Best food of our trip quantity and quality. Anna is a great cook and Silvio made us very welcome. Belvedere view in walking distance and path of the gods a short bus trip. We stayed in town and wandered around the park and the village as it was our rest days.

19/04/2026: It's a lively little bar with great service. The Long Island Iced Tea they initially served wasn't very good, but a guy named Fabian we met remixed it for us, and it was amazing! They also recommended an apple-flavored whiskey cocktail, which was also fantastic. Highly recommended!
18/04/2026: Put the United game on. Service was great too.
