23/07/2025: I tried their 72-hour leavened dough at a party, the pizza chef was quick in serving with the help of her faithful second, scudate I don't remember the names, the pizza and the Panuozzo are excellent... I say this because I slept last night and didn't drink..... I'll come and visit you at the restaurant
