Restaurant on the lake of Caprioli, we had lunch on the veranda overlooking the lake, we had some first courses, the canederli were excellent and well cooked, wonderful sacher, very professional staff, good value for money

A dream location, directly overlooking the lake: the spectacle of nature accompanying you from start to finish. The food was simply sublime: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors of Trentino tradition, and generous portions. From the dumplings to the traditional desserts, everything was prepared with great care. One detail I really appreciated: they also offer a special dog menu, so our four-legged friends can enjoy the experience with us. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere makes the experience even more special. I highly recommend booking a table with a lake view to fully enjoy the magic of the place. A place that perfectly combines landscape and good food: I will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of dining at Chalet al Lago dei Caprioli and were absolutely enchanted. It's more than just a restaurant, but a true experience that combines the magic of the mountain landscape with unexpected culinary excellence. The location itself is a strong point: the lake view and the wooden structure create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. You immediately feel like you're on vacation. The rustic, refined decor, with a touch of Alpine chic, makes lunch or dinner a moment of pure pleasure. The Cuisine: Tradition Masterfully Reimagined. The true protagonist is the food. Chalet cuisine is a celebration of mountain ingredients, revisited with a creativity and clean flavors that elevate every dish. We started with the appetizer, a true work of art (as seen in the photo): the smoked salmon was incredibly fresh, served with a harmony of side dishes like radicchio and accompanying sauces that perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity. A gourmet presentation. For our main course, we couldn't help but try the meat, impeccably served with that delicious caramelized onion (as seen in the photo). The venison was indescribably tender, cooked to perfection, and accompanied by creamy polenta and a crispy wafer that added texture to the bite. A robust yet refined dish. Service and Conclusion The service matched the excellent cuisine: the staff is professional, always smiling, and was able to recommend an excellent pairing of local wines. Had a great lunch, lovely place

I had an aperitif/snack with friends. The staff was very friendly. The strudel I ordered was delicious, although I would have preferred it warm, but it was served with a very good cream. Nice location, with a beautiful view of the lake.

Mountain chalet adjacent to Lake Fazzon, in Felizzano (Trento). Excellent food, friendly staff, and a charming location. Relaxation to the max.

Wonderful setting immersed in nature and next to a splendid lake, service could be improved, food is not excellent and prices are a bit high compared to the quality, they make you pay for the landscape

We arrived after our mountain bike ride. We had a great time. The platter of cold cuts and cheeses was excellent. The dumplings were also very good. Stunning view. Recommended.
