Chalet Caulera In Trivero

A simple, "sporty", "different" place where you can eat typical, good food. The only thing I would have preferred was the ribs that were a little less salty. The friendly staff is welcoming and therefore the initial delay in serving should be absolutely forgiven due perhaps to the fact that the restaurant only opens on weekends or perhaps it was too early to book for 12.30. It would have been enough to ask what we want to drink so the wait would have been less long 😊 Thank you!

Discovered by chance during a motorbike tour with destination the Conca dei rhododendrons. Excellent cold cuts and cheese platter. Tartare with good bagnacauda sauce. Good ravioli with meat sauce. Very kind and fun staff. Advised ;)

We stopped for lunch while we were in the area visiting the oasis. The guys at the tavern are nice and helpful; Good food. We took 1 large platter to share and 4 first courses. Water and coffee. We spent more than 70 euros... perhaps too much for the one we chose. Another (big) flaw was that we waited almost 1 hour between the cutting board and the first courses. Service times definitely need to be reviewed...

Excellent lunch during a motorbike ride at the Panoramica Zegna. A Caulera platter divided into 2, agnolotti with braised sauce, medium beer and coffee for €22 each. Fair price for the quality of the food. The beer is excellent

We went at Caulera for the lunch, we tried the scrigno and was immediately love! Emmanuele is a great person, lovely and a super host! Just go there or to the Osteria del Gufo (their second restaurant) and you won't regret

With surprise we found this place and we were really satisfied. Platter, wine and first courses all really excellent! (Panciotti with mascarpone and asparagus and plum ravioli with sausage ragout) The staff are really welcoming and attentive to the customer. We will definitely be back!

Very good. Advise: First: pumpkin and mushroom geometries (they are ravioli) Second course: woodcutter's chest (melted cheese crust, potatoes and vegetables Fixed stop when we come to the Zegna oasis

All very well, welcoming place, friendly and very kind and helpful people, the pitch with games is a place to let the children let off steam.
