Delightful place, wonderful view of the sea from the window/terrace. Everything is delicate and harmonious including the food. Cleanliness, kindness, spontaneity. The food is genuine, the family welcome is genuine. What more could you ask for?

It's Sunday, a beautiful sunny day. It makes us want to have a bite to eat by the sea. But how difficult is it to find an open restaurant! The bathing establishments are almost all closed... encouraged by the good weather we push on until we reach Martinsicuro. By chance, we discover this chalet with a very attractive appearance which is clearly open... we call and after a nice exchange with the owner they make us sit down for a reservation that was unsuccessful. The place is beautiful. Large windows overlook a beach with calm, blue sea, the restaurant is simple but elegant and the owner is friendly and familiar. Thanks to an aperitif taken shortly before, we decide to stay light. We take a cold appetizer and share a sauté of mussels. The cold starter is good... marinated anchovies, mackerel with a parsley sauce, prawn seafood salad with cocktail sauce, swordfish carpaccio and marinated salmon carpaccio. All good with some slips on various balsamics. Then we divide a souté where we perceive an essence of ginger and peppercorns to enrich the flavor. But it's the gnocchi that makes us decide to return next time. Abundant, with a tomato-free sauce, full of fish and with an excellent flavour. Coffee, house wine and bitters offered. Price more than good for the location and for what we ate. The owner Antonio was very nice and delighted us with stories of his life as a navigator while we filled our eyes with all the sea we could see. Definitely worth visiting

Un'ottima esperienza a tutto tondo. Che comincia con la cordiale accoglienza del titolare, per continuare con il panorama godibile dal tavolo. Anche in inverno sembra di mangiare direttamente in spiaggia grazie alle ampie vetrate. Il posto giusto per un pranzo/cena romantica Il cibo sempre fresco, saporito e ben preparato. Consiglio di seguire i suggerimenti del titolare che saprà consigliarvi in base al pescato disponibile. Personalmente ho adorato gli gnocchi fatti a mano, come tutto il resto della pasta. Per concludere ho riscontrato un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Impossibile andare via delusi. Un ottimo esempio di accoglienza e cucina abruzzese.

Excellent food, very friendly staff and a splendid view. The experience begins with an excellent, smiling and helpful welcome, then even sitting inside feels like eating directly on the beach thanks to the large windows. Also a great place for a romantic lunch/dinner. The dishes are all excellent and I recommend following the suggestions of the owner who will be able to give directions based on daily availability. Personally I found the gnocchi superlative. Excellent value for money. Impossible to leave disappointed.
