Excellent food. I didn't order the cacio e pepe because they don't make it like in Rome. However, the large ricotta and spinach ravioli and lemon tortelli with pistachios were truly excellent.
The gentleman, whose name I don't remember but I think he was the oldest, offered us a bunch of grapes (they had plenty to pick from the vines covering the outside of the restaurant).
I also recommend it for those of us who were in a campervan at the IL GHIRO rest area just a stone's throw away.

I tried all three restaurants in town, but Chalet Altobelli was the one that gave me the most peace of mind. We dined outside under the gazebo: despite the rain, we stayed outside thanks to the attentive staff, who opened an umbrella to shelter us and, in the meantime, had already set up a table inside as an alternative. The food was excellent: a truly tasty mixed platter, a good amatriciana, and perfectly cooked meat. Fair prices, in line with the area. The staff and the owner were very friendly. The ginzana is also highly recommended!
