Cervo Bistrot In Scopello

A short break with some pastries... snack time...

Over the past year, we've been frequenting Cervo on weekends. We've had everything from breakfasts to aperitifs, snacks, and various lunches and dinners. We've always found the staff to be very kind and professional, and the food consistently delicious, from the cakes and cookies baked by Martina to the delicious pizzas and mouth-watering dishes prepared in-house. The staff is very friendly. Special mention goes to Chiara, the owner, who always puts her heart and soul into making sure every guest is happy and feels at home. Chiara has a big heart, especially with children, whom she always welcomes with a smile and a kind word for everyone. Keep up the good work!

Stopped in for lunch; given the time, after 2 PM, the kitchen was rightfully closed. We ordered a typical local focaccia sandwich. It was filling and tasty. Excellent coffee. The staff was perhaps a little tired and a bit unsociable.

Found on the way back from Rassa. Very spacious and charming location. Outdoor seating and indoor seating. Business lunches for €12. Excellent draft beer. I'm staying right.

A mountain bar without anything special. We had a spritz there (ask for chips!), and the outdoor space is lovely! They also serve pizza in the evening!

Wonderful location 🔝 The best pizza I've ever eaten in my life! Light, perfect dough, and excellent for takeout! Top-quality products! Unique and incredibly fresh desserts, from breakfast to dinner (zero miles), always fresh daily... TOP aperitifs (value for money I've never found anywhere in Europe) and excellent and fun weekly events, both culinary and musical... basically, you fall in love and feel at home (without having to work hard 😊) Thanks to Chiara (the one who runs this place and who, with her skills, always knows how to find the best products and staff), Thanks to Cristina, the best customer service professional, and Thanks to Andrea, the best pizza chef in the world 💯

We just had a quick coffee, nothing was missing. Clean and tidy place. Clean counter and kind people.

Who said that a celiac can't enjoy a good gluten-free aperitif? Chiara was able to give me the best advice for a cutting board and polenta with parmesan cheese melted on top (yes, because I'm also lactose intolerant, otherwise toma!), demonstrating excellent knowledge on the subject. Recommended!
