Cervantes In Napoli

If you are staying at Napoli City Center Apts and receive a breakfast ticket to this place, be very specific with your order. Most people do not speak English, so use your phone to translate. 2 out of our 3 mornings they gave us food without our coffee. To their credit I did order the croissants first, so maybe I needed to order the coffee first. We did enjoy the pistachio and chocolate croissants. They were very delicious. On the last morning when we finally got our cappuccinos they were also very good. This place moves very quickly and gets busy. If you're a tourist you have to be on point before you get there. Please remember, Italians speak Italian. They are not obligated to speak English. Treat people respectfully and you will be treated kindly as well. Everyone who helped us was nice.

I had a good coffee at the counter, there was a lot of confusion and the wait was long

I had breakfast here with my mom and sister practically every morning during our trip to Naples! The croissants and pastries were really good, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful! If I were to return to Naples, I already know it would be a must-visit!

I visited in the morning while staying at a nearby accommodation, and the coffee and bread were delicious. The staff were all friendly, so I had a pleasant breakfast.

One of the best places to have an aperitif in the center, in a quiet and tree-lined street like Via Cervantes. In fact, the spritz, in their varieties (Aperol, Campari, etc.), are excellent and above all accompanied by appetizers and rotisserie sometimes alternated with tastings of hot table products, all delicious and abundant like in no other place we know. Excellent service and reasonable prices. To return whenever possible.

Let me tell you how nice the people are here. My two-year-old son and I went there to enjoy a drink outside this afternoon. My son was in his stroller and tried to push himself away from the table to roll away and the table tipped over, breaking a glass and making a big mess. The staff were so amazing. They immediately cleaned up the mess and refused my apologies and offer to pay for the broken glass. They were so kind when the mistake was completely ours. This is a nice and honest business that treats people like human beings.
