C'era una Volta In Crevoladossola

Seafood dishes in a mountain area, in these parts I expect a typical restaurant with traditional Ossola or mountain dishes, I was surprised to find many fish and seafood dishes, they were certainly good, but I preferred a traditional menu, I took the tagliolini with good mushrooms but with too much parsley and cherry tomatoes which covered the flavor of the mushrooms, good cut but not of excellent quality, prices a little high.

Prima esperienza molto positiva; pranzo con amici, in un locale molto accogliente nel piccolo e tranquillo borgo di Oira. Servizio molto cordiale, personale gentile, disponibile. Buona scelta nel menù con ottimi primi piatti fatti in casa (in particolare abbiamo mangiato gli gnocchi alle ortiche, ravioli e risotti veramente ottimi). Molto apprezzati anche gli antipasti di salumi del territorio. Mi è piaciuta anche la scelta di stoviglie tipiche ossolane della Ceramica Kamares, per continuare la tradizione ossolana. Bravi!

Good address, the menu is varied. Avoid dishes with truffles which increase the bill, the few strips are charged at the price of gold. The service is efficient and pleasant.

Gran comida local se sirvió en buena calidad a precios muy justos. El servicio fue muy agradable y amable, nos sentimos muy bienvenidos. La vista desde la terraza era excepcional! Solo puedo recomendar este lugar si desea descubrir la comida tradicional y local.

Magnificent random discovery along our route. They accepted us without reservation despite a large number of people for lunch. Hearty and excellent meal.
