Passing through the area by chance (but nothing ever happens by chance), we stopped to buy typical products to bring back to Tuscany. While we were in the shop, the owner, Mr. Angelo, joined us. Like a true gentleman, he explained the company's history and even offered us breakfast. He invited us to the presentation of their new confectionery product ("Tartufotto," a Pugliese pasticciotto created in collaboration with master pastry chef Angelo Bisconti, which was to be held shortly thereafter on the company's premises. What can I say? Gentlemen are born, and Mr. Angelo was born one. Quality products, excellent prices... I recommend stopping by anyone in the area.
