Not too big place but close to Milan, during the week there is good skiing, the slopes are free and there are many refuges in which to have lunch. To be avoided at the weekend absolutely

Free shuttle service from the Barzio car park to the cable car, so I would say excellent, but it's a shame that it is a very slow service which inevitably creates large groups at the stop with the risk of not being able to get on the bus also given the limited capacity given that it is a small bus. For the rest, the area is nice with some nice slopes and a very fun bobsled area for children with a ski lift and compulsory helmet for children.

29/09/2024: I have lived in this valley permanently for 5 years but I discovered this place recently. On my 50th birthday I wanted to celebrate. A place where food takes on experiential tones without losing authenticity. It remained open just for the two of us. Magical place, silent and protected from shouting and noise. Few seats precisely to favor the sacredness of the place. Discreet and warm welcome at the same time. I highly recommend. A stone's throw from Milan

Il Buon Gusto

09/09/2024: Amazing food and fantastic service. We were looking at the fresh chickens and we're thrilled when asked if we would like it cooked! Went back later to collect and it was amazing. We are not talking about a supermarket cooked chook. Totally next level! So easy to do meals in your apartment from this amazing deli/supermarket/bakery/wine store/fresh fruit and veg. We have little Italian(Australian) they have little English but we love of food breaks all barriers.
02/09/2024: Delicious ready-made meals, and that dessert with the cream is simply wonderful!
