A truly welcoming place. Everything is delicious, all natural and carefully prepared. The sandwiches are delicious, made with quality ingredients. The place is spotless and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We'll be back, I highly recommend it.

We discovered Centrale Trivigliana by chance, but it was a wonderful surprise! The burgers are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients that you can taste from the first bite. Everything is artisanal: from the beers to the Coke (yes, they make it themselves!), to the sandwiches, which are homemade and truly make a difference. The menu is varied and well-designed, with original and tasty options that showcase local flavors with a creative touch. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening, helping to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The location is also very nice, perfect for enjoying a burger in peace. An additional detail we appreciated? The carefully curated and pleasant music playlist, which accompanied the dinner without interrupting the conversation. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for those seeking quality, authenticity, and a different experience than the usual fast food!

This is a perfect match of urban burgers with locally produced ingredients compared to a good wine list and a loving waitress who clearly is deeply engaged in this restaurant which shows in her level of service. The only lack is that I’m not able to stay long enough to dine here once more. Just amazed by the flavours and how it merge with the wine! Don’t miss this one!

I usually do not order burgers at restaurants, but this is another level and a very unique experience. Locally sourced products and outstanding Italian flavours accompanied with a great wine gave us a stellar dining experience in their yard area next to the restaurant!

A welcoming and easy-to-reach place, with parking spaces near the entrance during the week, indoor and outdoor tables, meticulous attention to detail in the decor, even a display of modern art paintings that enhance the ambience, truly pleasant background music, and above all, SUPER TASTY SANDWICHES, MADE WITH TRUE PASSION, WITH GENUINE INGREDIENTS BY EXCELLENT PROFESSIONALS, SERVED ALONG WITH EXCELLENT LOCAL BEER, ORGANIC DRINKS, AND OTHER DELIGHTS THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY! The best sandwiches I have ever eaten in my life. The menu offers a wide selection of exceptional sandwiches, made only with local raw materials of the highest quality that make this place one of a kind. The location is industrial style, informal environment with super kind owners ready to make you spend a nice carefree evening. My favorite sandwiches are the king tartù and the salsation and honorable mention for the nonna Marisa meatballs that are a real bomb with their mayonnaise that has become an addiction for me. My husband and I are regular customers. You absolutely have to try it.
