I've been there a few times in the past, for pizza (which was delicious). The first and second courses were a real surprise; the quality of the ingredients and the final result were truly top-notch. Nicola and the entire staff know how to make you happy😅.

The pizza is delicious, but the appetizers and dinner dishes contain cream that binds the flavors and makes them a bit stringy (see, for example, the seafood cannelloni). There's room for improvement. Remember, simple things are the best.

The dishes offered intelligent reinterpretations of local flavors and products, presenting them in a way that was never overdone, but always tasty and surprising. Special and unexpected praise goes to the calzone with Acquaviva onion: a true gem that alone is worth the visit and that pleasantly surprised us. The wine selection is also good, with excellent attention to variety. We favored the rosés, finding them all spot-on and paired well. The service was top-notch, attentive and friendly, contributing to the truly family-friendly atmosphere. The rustic and refined decor of the restaurant reinforces this feeling, making "Il Cece Nero" a place where you immediately feel at ease. Recommended for those seeking good local cuisine, tastefully revisited and without unnecessary pretension. I would definitely return!

I dined here two nights in a row, ordering from the restaurant menu, not the pizzeria. I was very satisfied both times, compliments to the chef. They offered me a really tasty focaccia, so I think the pizza is worth trying, too.
