Courteous staff, I asked for gluten free and after being warned of possible contamination I confirmed the order, gluten free ball passed on corn flour and then spread on the previously cleaned counter, mozzarella well distributed on top, spread on the shovel and off into the oven, a few moments later they take it out and season it with raw Grana Padano rocket and balsamic vinegar glaze (ingredients chosen by me, yes maybe I won't have the best taste but let's not talk about me here 😬). Et voila, light dough is delicious, expectation exceeded.💪

I happened upon it because a friend brought it and I was pleasantly surprised. If you love thin crust pizza this place is for you!!!! It is a takeaway pizzeria in the Albignasego area which has a few tables inside, in a nice corner, around a dozen or so seats and outside the restaurant, on the pavement of a street with little traffic , has some benches so you can enjoy pizza on the spot. The pizza is very good: larger than a normal pizza, thin and crunchy, with sourdough and cooked in a wood oven. The ingredients are very fresh and well balanced in relation to the size of the pizza. You can choose 4 types of dough: classic with 1 flour, 5 grains, gluten-free and Neapolitan only on Thursdays. There is also a selection of mozzarella including vegan and lactose-free, as well as seasonal specialty pizzas. There were 4 of us and as an appetizer we had a stew with broccoli and speck, very good. I ate a white pizza with gorgonzola, onion, walnuts and rocket which was truly delicious and super digestible. Must try!
