The pizza has good, quality ingredients, but I waited 30 minutes even though they'd given me a time. This is also the second time the pizzas have been crispy, almost burning. I don't go there very often, but they must have changed management.

If you love thin-crust pizza, this place is for you!
It's a takeaway pizzeria in the Albignasego area. Inside, in a cute corner, they have a few tables, seating about a dozen or so, and outside, on the sidewalk of a quiet street, they have a few benches so you can enjoy your pizza on the spot.
The pizza is very good: larger than a regular pizza, thin and crispy, with sourdough starter and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The ingredients are very fresh and well-balanced for the size of the pizza. You can choose from four types of dough: classic with type 1 flour, 5-grain flour, gluten-free, and Neapolitan (only on Thursdays). There's also a selection of mozzarella, including vegan and lactose-free, as well as seasonal specialty pizzas. There were four of us, and as an appetizer, we had a puzza with broccoli rabe and speck, which was very good.
I had a white pizza with gorgonzola, onion, walnuts, and arugula. It was truly delicious and easy to digest. Must try!
