We came to this restaurant, near our vacation home, and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere is very clean and characteristic of the town, and the food is excellent. We tried the pinsa, and we weren't disappointed at all; in fact, we were completely satisfied. The owner is very kind and attentive to customer requests. Congratulations! I highly recommend it.

A delicious lunch away from the hustle and bustle. For those who enjoy a quiet lunch, away from the crowds and heat. We had both starters and main courses, and everything was delicious. I hope to return.

I am definitely satisfied with our lunch at Cavallo Bianco in Giusvalla, where there has been a new management for some time. The owners are friendly, nice and helpful. The place is comfortable, informal and very clean. The dishes are made with care and love with very fresh products. The three of us had an appetizer with seaweed and pizzaiola meatballs, a light and non-greasy fried food, then three plates of pasta with cherry tomatoes and gorgonzola (more than generous portions), then an omelette with potatoes and two portions of seafood salad, tasty and made with quality and very fresh raw materials. To follow, an exceptional dessert, chocolate salami with hazelnuts and amaretti, then water, wine and coffee. A place to return to feel good and be treated well.

After the very recent change of management I went to several super aperitifs. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent selection of wines and cocktails. Food paired by the glass abundant and delicious. Beautiful location both inside and outside. As soon as I have the chance I will gladly try a full dinner

I was recently at Nuovo Cavallo Bianco and the experience was really positive. The place has a welcoming atmosphere, with attention to detail without being too formal. The staff is kind, attentive but never intrusive, ready to recommend dishes and combinations with great expertise. The menu offers a nice selection of traditional dishes revisited with a modern touch. The raw materials are clearly of quality: fresh, well-worked and tastefully presented. Perfectly balanced in flavors. The wine list is also excellent, with interesting proposals from the area and beyond. Prices in line with the quality of the service and dishes. In short, a restaurant that is absolutely worth a visit, both for a quiet dinner and for a special occasion. I will definitely be back!

Today on motorbike from Trento. After not being in the area for several years. New management. We ate a house starter and tagliatelle. Everything ok and plentiful dishes. To return. Thanks to the new managers and good luck, keep it up.

I went to the restaurant this weekend, and everything was very good from the 1st, the second course and the dessert...(Everything was perfect I would say....maximum score for this!!! I will return..

I went to the Cavallo Bianco on Easter day on the advice of a couple of friends and I must say that we did very well Unique and delicious dishes! My husband had the caponata and I had the bruschetta with goat cheese and caramelized onions, delicious!! As a first course we shared the artichoke ravioli and the radicchio risotto and I must say that the vegetables and ingredients were of the highest quality, both very good For the second course we really appreciated the Ligurian rabbit Very kind owners and super helpful staff Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!!!
