A TOP Easter Monday!! 🔝🔝 Dishes prepared with passion and competence, all homemade with excellent raw materials!! An excellent turmeric bread!! An uncontaminated and serene rural environment, with the possibility of waking up surrounded by greenery, in a place where time passes slowly... long walks, or kilometers of cycling through the woods with the sun between the fringes of the trees and then being pampered by the owners of the new White Horse. I went to the Cavallo Bianco on Easter day on the advice of a couple of friends and I must say that we did very well
Unique and delicious dishes!
My husband had the caponata and I had the bruschetta with goat cheese and caramelized onions, delicious!!
As a first course we shared the artichoke ravioli and the radicchio risotto and I must say that the vegetables and ingredients were of the highest quality, both very good
For the second course we really appreciated the Ligurian rabbit
Very kind owners and super helpful staff
Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!!!

Easter lunch... I didn't know what to expect, even though they told me good things about it. And it was super! Welcoming environment, kind and helpful staff, delicious dishes... what can I add? Try it and judge for yourself, it's worth it. I will definitely be back!

I have been several times for the aperitif. The owners are very kind and friendly. Michele is very attentive and thoughtful towards customers and prepares everything with his hands. The food is excellent, genuine and the ingredients are of high quality.

We had lunch at the new white horse and it was a pleasant and lavish surprise! Ate hand-prepared things such as traditional ravioli and an excellent veal with tuna sauce. But the highlight were the handmade desserts which I would describe as divine. Top service. Try it to believe it!
