All very good, fast service and very friendly staff.
The pizza is excellent, thin and very digestible.
The only small flaw is that the portions of the first courses are a bit small, but despite this I highly recommend it.

The pizza is particular, very thin, but I like it. Furthermore, €6 a margherita is more than honest, it often costs more now, especially for being a pizzeria on the beach in August.
The lady at the till was rather grumpy, we went to pick up some take-away pizzas and she didn't want us to do separate accounts, even though the room was empty (there was no queue to pay). Obviously the uncut takeaway pizzas, this is also a nonsense but it makes the difference between a place that puts that little extra attention towards the customer and the place that instead tends to hurry up (I repeat, the pizzeria was empty at that moment).

Absolutely recommended, I was there on Thursday evening with my family and there is nothing to say that I ate really well. Spent 56 euros for three with two glasses of house wine and... that's fine!

Overall it is an average restaurant. Probably good for the foreign tourist and for the location. The first fish dishes we took were nothing special. The desserts are good but they probably don't make them.

Greetings!
My name is Alessandro, I'm the guy who recently had dinner at your restaurant, in particular the one who asked where he could leave the review (light blue polo shirt, black jeans and black glasses).
My experience begins well before dinner: it pains me to admit it, but we had booked in Portoferraio... however, due to bad weather my friends and I were denied the possibility of going to Portoferraio by means of our mopeds.
This is how our experience at the Cavallino Rosso Restaurant Pizzeria (LA) began.
The experience did not take off immediately, unfortunately, as after an initial refusal for the table offered to us at 10, we attempted to contact the Pizzeria Restaurant by telephone for at least 20 minutes.
After about 7 unanswered calls, we went to the Cavallino Rosso Pizzeria Restaurant in person, eager for 4 seats for me and my friends.
We were then greeted by the very kind, thoughtful, delightful and helpful staff.
FIRST NEGATIVE NOTE
The staff seemed reluctant to accommodate my celiac friend. Correction: I mean that upon discovering the disastrous news, an unmistakable expression of disappointment transpired on the waitress' face.
The same grin arose when I asked for further information regarding the method of cooking deviled squid (however, I must admit that the waitress's explanation was largely exhaustive: the term deviled is inherent to the use of chilli pepper in cooking)
After talking about the negative aspects, let's move on to:
THE POSITIVE NOTES
The place where the dinner took place is beautiful.
The food was very good and my seafood pasta was truly exquisite and full of seafood flavours.
The staff were extremely delightful, very kind, helpful and thoughtful.
The service (except for the negative note above) was excellent and very punctual.
Even the desserts, narrated by the chef, turned out to be tasty and freshly made.
At the time of payment the lady proved to be extremely affable and helpful in response to our request to pay "Roman" (each to their own) with different payment methods.
In conclusion, the evening went almost in the best possible way (to understand the reason for the almost, you need to see above).
Congratulations to all the staff, we will definitely be back.

Francamente mi sembra strano che questo ristorante abbia un punteggio complessivamente bassino, io con la mia famiglia siamo stati due volte e la cucina sia di pesce che di carne ci è sembrata molto buona saporita e prodotti freschi non possiamo giudicare le pizze ma la costata era buonissima e il pesce altrettanto il conto più che onesto. Preciso che da 25 anni vado all'Elba e frequento ristoranti tutte le sere. Bravi ci ritorneremo
