We chose this restaurant for our wedding... and we couldn't have made a better choice! From our first meeting, Marco and Katia were available, attentive, and always ready to listen to our every need. Their professionalism and kindness accompanied us through every stage of the planning, making us feel relaxed and pampered. The location is truly enchanting: elegant, meticulously maintained, and immersed in a welcoming and romantic atmosphere. The garden, in particular, is a perfectly maintained corner of paradise, with large, green spaces ideal for aperitifs and enjoying every moment outdoors. The wedding day was simply perfect: the food exceeded every expectation—from appetizers to desserts, every dish was meticulously prepared, flavorful, and elegantly presented. We received so many compliments from all our guests! A special thanks also to all the staff: smiling, friendly, and impeccable throughout the entire day. Five stars is not enough to rate. Excellent in every way. Extraordinary location, excellent food, and amazing and extremely kind staff. Superlative organization. I was a guest at a wedding and I am celiac. I received unique treatment, with attention and consideration like never before. Despite the large number of guests, I managed to enjoy the full menu, from appetizers to desserts, all gluten-free and delicious. My compliments to everyone, from the staff to the management.

I stopped in for a quick lunch. I found the atmosphere welcoming, very clean, and the attention to detail was meticulous. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was prompt. I enjoyed the food, and it was excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the location (fantastic), the organization, the service, aperitif, buffet and dinner were superb, and then we moved on to the after dinner where they left us completely free to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Per il nostro matrimonio abbiamo scelto il Cavallino Rosso in quanto da ospiti ci aveva sempre impressionato e le nostre aspettative non solo non sono state deluse ma anzi addirittura superate. È stato tutto perfetto, la location (fantastica), l'organizzazione, il servizio, aperitivo, buffet e cena superlativi, per poi passare al dopocena dove ci hanno lasciato pienamente liberi di divertirci al massimo. Un grazie particolare a Marco che ci ha supportato fino all'ultimo in ogni nostra scelta e a tutto il suo staff, siete veramente eccezionali. Riscegleremo il Cavallino Rosso altre 1000 volte.

Our wedding was wonderful thanks to all the staff at Cavallino Rosso Le Blanc. You took care of every little detail with great professionalism, and in the eyes of our guests we saw the happiness of those who experienced a special day. From the food, impeccable in presentation and excellent in taste, to the cake, beautiful and delicious. Federica is super! Katia was also very sweet, who perfectly understood our tastes and truly amazed us with the setup. We are very happy and we wouldn't change anything of what we experienced with you! Easter lunch, therefore with all the limitations of the case. Good, quality menu, but the only flaw is not having foreseen any alternatives in the presence of a declared vegetarian person already booking

I attended a birthday party in the great room below. The evening was pleasant, with quality food, top-notch service, in an environment more than suitable for hosting a hundred people without any difficulty, with plenty of space between the tables. The evening was accompanied by music and dancing appropriate for a thirty-year-old. The salon that I didn't know was a pleasant surprise.
