We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday in the Le Blanc room. From the first moment we contacted us, we found the owner Marco and his staff to be extremely accommodating, accommodating all our needs, even some of them particularly innovative. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, thanks also to Katia, who did her utmost to ensure everything was perfect. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and the cocktails expertly prepared by Luigi. What can I say? It was a fabulous evening that we will always remember.

Today we celebrated our son Francesco's first birthday. What can I say...everything was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and efficient, the food was delicious and plentiful. I want to thank Marco and all his staff for making this day perfect ❤️

I was a guest at Mariapaola and Diego's wedding on July 26th, and everything was unexpectedly perfect. The venue, already known to me, remains one of the most beautiful in the area. The staff was attentive and kind throughout our time there, welcoming us with extreme care from the very beginning. The quality and quantity of the food was impeccable. Congratulations to all the staff!!!! Exemplary organization. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

The quality and abundance of the food were incredible. The guests were immediately won over by the opening aperitif, a brilliant way to entertain them before the bride and groom arrived, with a touch of Abruzzo provided by the delicious arrosticini. We were particularly impressed by the raw fish and sushi buffet. Living in a seaside area, we know how difficult it is to serve these dishes at a wedding reception. It's a risk few take, as it requires absolute freshness. Cavallino Rosso did just that, demonstrating not only courage, but also the authenticity and excellent quality of its products. The service was impeccable throughout the day. The first and second courses were promptly re-plated, ensuring everyone could sample every course. Not to mention the dessert buffet, a true masterpiece: from the ice cream cart to the freshly prepared tiramisu, to the warm pancakes. An unforgettable finale, worthy of the beautiful wedding cake. The location also made a difference. The immaculately maintained gardens, the perfect photo spots, and the spacious spaces allowed all the guests, and especially the newlyweds, to enjoy the day in total relaxation and capture wonderful memories. Thanks again to Marco and everyone at Cavallino Rosso for making our daughter's wedding a day that will forever remain in our hearts.
