24/12/2024: Discovered thanks to a Roman friend, once I crossed the threshold, I found myself surrounded by the atmosphere of the Capital. The strong and marked accent of the owner, the scents and the refined simplicity of the furnishings transported me to an Ottima Osteria in the center of Rome.

21/12/2024: Congratulations indeed for the place and the cuisine of this Roman Trattoria/Pinseria with typical menus and dishes from Lazio. If you close your eyes, the carbonara, the cacio e pepe, and the porchetta look like those prepared by a famous starred restaurant in Rome whose name I won't mention for now. The sublime dessert! Excellent wine and excellent wine cellar also available in bulk!! The open kitchen and the welcoming, simple room with attention to detail regarding table etiquette... above all warm, including the bathroom! 60s design well cared for throughout and pay attention to the particular applique in the photos and chandeliers, which as an architect I enjoyed searching for in the memories of vintage objects that I also have in my grandparents' and uncles' homes, in a skilful 'recycle' of curious furnishings. Congratulations to the whole family of Roman origin who runs the business!! I forgot, totally accessible for those with disabilities!! We will return soon to continue the menu and bring proposals to diners!!
