An old trattoria in Cornigliano. Good and fast service. I ordered spaghetti with clams (good quantity and excellent quality). The pasta was delicious, crispy, and the dough was very easy to digest. Fair prices.

29/01/2026: I went to this place because I read it was one of the best bars in Genoa. I've returned because I've always found a warm welcome, excellent food, and impeccable service.
18/10/2025: The fame of this place may well be deserved, but I really don't like the environment. Don't get angry, it's my business. But the sessions are very uncomfortable, that's a fact.

Trattoria Quaranta

20/12/2025: Feels like home, an old-fashioned osteria, serving traditional dishes, authentic and truly delicious. Try the pansoti and veal with tuna sauce. First course, second course, side dish, half a liter of wine, and dessert for two: €40... spend little and enjoy a lot. Highly recommended.
